I've been wondering if that this company in question doesn't actually know the condition these machines are in and just assume they're brand new, or if they know about them and just pawn them off as "brand new". But, one would think after all these broken machines, they would check them before they sell them. At least you've always got the proof on video that it arrived that way.

Sorry, but I laughed so hard at this video but I do watch Ibaisaic's video's at night or sometimes when I am bored but since watching his review on Numatic Henry and George I brought them both for my house and never have I been so pleased with them I even brought my sister a Numatic James that she love's so does her little boy, never let's him have a rest.

We had one of these back in mid 90s motor eventually burnt out after 3yrs.

And the handle does not go fully upwards, just stops at that strange angle, strange design. I have replaced mine once as they eventually break. :-)

I hope it all turns out okay, Sorry it was a disaster. It is most frustrating when it is a miss, but the good ones always seem to make it worth while.
