I’m kinda disappointed the S660 looks more beasty and beautiful that this car especially the rear it gives you that looks of a sporty car but this car not very good design.
Gotta love the novelty of it literally having a hardtop convertible in such a small package though. The Daihatsu Copen also has a more accessible engine than the S660, and isn't discontinued to my knowledge. And I think it looks fine. The newer Copens especially, they look sleek which is how I prefer these kinds of cars. Also, it seems that you can use the rear compartment for the roof as trunk space if you put the roof up. And that's a lot of trunk space; looks enough to actually fit a whole golf set in if you set it diagonally. All in all, a good kei car which will be easy to park, not be taxed so much, looks cool with a convertible hard top, and is actually a somewhat practical daily driver. The only disadvantage compared to other Kei cars on the market is that the Copen doesn't have rear seating. But in everything but styling I think the Copen wins over the S660, and even on the styling I prefer the more elegant look of the Copen over the aggressive, sporty style of the S660.
I'd love to see you drive something with a manual transmission
I am 5'11 would i fit in this car
If only they made a MR car with this drivetrain.
What is top speed
140km per hour
There's restrictions on Kei car speeds/engine power so most cars of this type will have a similar top speed.
Kinda seems the cabin noise insulation is not that great.
Ngl looks like Toyota tried to do a new version of a Suzuki cappuccino
