I bought that reel last year on Amazon for 35 and the bearings are ok but heavy grease of course, sounds like shit when i cast it out, i replace the bearings with ceramic and it's smooth as 🧈 and make sure to put more grease on the drag pads and put oil on level wind
It’s ok! That’s about it. At first it had some line lay issues but after I adjusted the worm gear it started laying flat but don’t go below 10lb test because of spool gap. Haven’t caught anything of size to test it yet the breaks are decent all in all it’s worth 35$ I would say it’s a good value at that price
Sorry I didn’t see your post until now, it’s a good value for the price just have to do a few things and be careful of a few things and you’re good to go! The reel is very heavily over oiled so gotta strip the bearings, mine the worm gear needed adjusting and it’s got some spool gap so gotta be careful with thinner line
