Video is extremely good and it's quality is precious. Only one mistake is there what I have found. There is sliding doors in nobita's and his parents' room. But still it's amazing.
Even there are two rooms on the 2nd floor.

Questions In this house we only have Nobita room So where did their Parents Sleep on the floor???•_•
Yeah I think so....there is no references in the animation to indicate where they sleep though
And also there is one bed
From what I can see, they have a dressing table in the living room (which probably belongs to Nobita's mother), so I guess they slept in the living room with futon that are stashed away in the cupboard during the day.
