i got a violin for fathers day, watching videos of masters like this makes me pick up my violin and practice. One of these days im going to be great like you Jenny.
so inspirational I play when I am studying for my bible exams in bible college. So far all A's .... I hope she plays again with a new band. Prayers for her continued success.
@ethanjft Hi. No, this was at the Michigan Renaissance Festival over Labor Day weekend in 2009 at the Little Guinness Pub. I hadn't seen Jenny perform since she was in E Muzeki and she new I loved this song when she played in that group. I had just walked up on them as they were finishing one song and was getting ready to record whatever was next and she whispered to everyone and then played this song for me. She is just amazing and so is Circa Paleo.
I don't know, but I am enjoying the chances to listen to her and sometimes sit in with the group without having to pay the price a stadium ticket, which is what they'll be doing soon I think.
@jrmerson did u no about a faire down in temple? it will be there for a while, so i should think that they will play there again... saw them there and your right, Jenny O'Connor is the best musician i've EVER heard and that it is hard to branch out as a Violinist and fiddler (yes, she plays the fiddle too)
This song is not called the Kiss, is called the Gael. Is art of last of the Mohicans soundtrack. The one that plays in the final confrontation (best action scene-music combo ever).
@marks1106 i think jenny's from austin, not sure about the other blokes in this band. and even then not 100% on jenny being from austin. makes sense i guess.
@jrmerson Record companies make money selling an image not music. Music is not just entertainment it is cultural shaping and helps human evolve. Well that is not profitable like making all little girls wanna be a pop star and boys gangstas is.

Jenny and Circa Paleo are so amazing, i think i'll request one of their TH-cam Video's be played at the next MTV Awards. They deserve at least 4
I find myself at the Elven Hill Stage at Sherwood Forest Faire, enveloped in this awesome talent...
What miserable person puts a dislike on a video of a beautiful girl playing a beautiful song?

Trolls do. Thank you for your comment :)
Reggaeton Fans.
Jealousy
I don’t dislike this song, but I do wonder if they know any others.
They already have the greatness. All they need is the big break. Pray they get it.

Must be a small well connected music group as I see the one guy from Tartanic is playing in this group.
So these folks ever do college campuses because she is an awesome violinist it'd be awesome for her to come to Oklahoma State University.
I think that Jenny isn't " so amazing", she's shining !
Beautiful! Is this from the movie The Last of the Mohicans?
Where was shot this?
Great performance!
Great Song.
Jazzy Fabbry at the Michigan Renaissance festival several years ago. Yes indeed, great song.
