Been watching your videos for a couple of weeks now and I agree with so much of what you say about gameplay. I LOVE the multiple spaces on one lot bit! I’ve been trying to build up my Newcrest a bit and I want a spa/ gym/ pool, but also maybe a members only area with a clubhouse so that I can have an area for my sim to get their needs up or have some fun. Maybe one day I’ll build one lol
I am absolutely OBSESSED with this build. It just kept getting better and better. My poor little computer is going to have a TIME attempting to run this lot, but I'm placing it in my save the moment I get home

I HATE the look of axis match whether its CC or came with the game. cause am Alpha CC with everything all the way. But this does look really good I have all these 3 separated that I just now put in my game again, like I do with every new save.. So its nice to have it on one lot makes it easier and saves time thanks liked and subbed.
I love this! It's always good to have some Teen centered buildings in your gameplay because it's fun having your sims interact with each other outside of the house

I am in love with this build. I'm definitely going to download it. Have you ever built a gym within a multi purpose lot? I'm searching for a gym that also has a sauna and a rock climbing area as I'm doing the adventurer aspiration and building fitness skill too. I think it would be easier to build the rock climbing skill at a gym tbh.

I've only just discovered you but I loved you straight away. your energy and the fact that you also have a telephone voice. I'm always told that. It's not something I do intentionally and although I'm from Wolverhampton originally I have lost my accent mostly so don't think I talk commonly when I'm not on the phone but for some reason I sound posher on the phone than I do in real life, lol :). I'm a newbie to building and I think my build are really good until I see builders like yourself then I want to give up, ha ha ha :) ;)
