You keep referring to STILETTO tile. It's LISTELLO, not STILETTO. Also, I agree with the other comments. These home prices are getting ridiculous. There are homes in the area with far nicer finishes for equal or lower prices. The time on the market speaks volumes.
This price is totality insane. Thats why Real Estate is going to flop. Investors from the north has come down here and puts such ridiculous prices on homes. They need to realize they are in the south and residents here do not earn the wages paid in the north. Unbelievable greed. With the taxes, insurance rates the average person cannot afford these homes. In no way worth that price they are asking. Totally ridiculous.
Way, way overpriced!! Only 2,000 sq ft and the kitchen is pathetic with no built in appliances, a shingle roof, no spa with the pool, very basic landscape, etc... Everything about this place screams "BUDGET". On top of that the lot was purchased for $250 at the peak of the market and you could easily have this house built for less than $650, so it might be worth $900, max.

$500k home selling for $1.2 million dollars..........good times we are living in....good times.
If you pay $1.2 Mil for this home you are crazy. I see way better homes in CC for $650.
