When I first saw the real thing in a video, the red 8F engine very nearly had me confused with Jubilee engine Leander who was once in the exact same colour. Until a close-up shot of the 8F revealed the 2-8-0 wheel arrangement, that is. I was almost fooled into mistaking Mr. 8F in Crimson Lake for my favourite Jubilee 4-6-0 engine Leander. How corny can I be?
