I have purchased the Artist of Life Workbook since 2019. You might need to take a year off or explore other options for you. For me, I find bullet journaling or creating your own spreads just really boring. Your cons actually tell the positives of the workbook being consistent and the same every year, because you can see the progress or patterns of giving the same answers every year. You even admit that you just copied from the prior year, which to me, expresses you didn't actually self-reflect how you have changed as a person. It's great to have this video because it can show others if this is something they want to invest in year after year, or not.
@@Elena-Studio are you seriously trying to tell a stranger you don’t know that they didn’t self reflect properly and they’re wrong about their own assessment of themselves? I think I’d know best if I didn’t have enough growth between years to warrant yearly use of deep journaling, especially during a global pandemic where accomplishing any of my big personal goals was literally impossible so I didn’t have much change in my life from one year to the other. Not everyone has a lot of personal change from year to year and that’s fine. I’m one of those people. This comment is kinda weird and could have done without the snarky remarks about my self reflection ability. Incredibly rude.
