ive learned from having aphantasia is that you can use your other senses to use as manifestation 😁 for example, i have claircognizance so when i try to imagine things my brain "knows" it describes it to me, i feel it in my mind
@quantumphysics1491 I often use breath to "feel." As I breath out, I imagine roots going down into the ground. I focus on the sinking sensation going lower and lower. As I breath in, I imagine the strength of the earth rising up my roots and I feel the energy rising up by body. I think it is easier to feel the energy when you link to to breath.
@@orbitingpluto3213it’s so funny you say that! I “feel” myself descending down a spiral staircase into the ground with every breath (also have aphantasia)

I visualize somewhat. I can see it in the back of my mind perfectly, every step, but I can't bring it forward into being able to do it outside of my mind.
I know this wasn't intended to be a guided visualization video but once you started describing the red disk I just closed my eyes and did it anyway, all the way through!
Learning about magick brings me back to my childhood. I remember realizing I could use visualization around 6 or 7. I thought it was a super power. “I can eat cookies that aren’t there!” I remember saying. I was told by adults that isn’t a superpower, but normal. Now I’m learning to again appreciate my predisposition for ease of vibrant visualization. Thank you so much for the video.
You aren’t wrong actually. I read a paper on daydreaming and daydreaming of that level is less common. It’s a mix of a learned skill and a natural disposition. It isn’t unhealthy either. Honestly one of my favorite scientific research papers I read lol. Anyway! Good on you! Appreciate it because it’s a wonderful thing
Yes, I am 3 years late, but i HAVE to say this: the thing that truly helps me with visualization is writing: stories, views, anything. When I write i subconsciously visualize the story, the people, the place. I don’t know if I’m weird or if this helps other people too but i really wanted to share it..even on a video from 3 years ago👌
I was really struggling with this. I couldn't visualise it and I saw flashes of a circle but nothing stayed. It took some music a blindfold and some meditation but I realised if I use my hands in real life to feel and navigate through it was much easier. I started to move my hands and I saw it It was faint but my hands was moving in my minds eye just like they was irl. After doing that for a while I started to visualise the disk it was even fainter than my hands but I made contact with the disk and it became more clear. I started to spin the disk slowly with my hands and then made it a sphere (I paused the video after you said sphere and saw some comments about an apple and apple juice) I then turned it into an apple and felt my way around it. I felt its stalk and round body I even touched it to my face and kinda felt it. I squashed it and watched juice pour out. Thank you for this video this is the first time I've been able to do some kind of magick successfully!
@@Alexander-uo6xx you could have aphantasia, which is the inability to visualize or see anything in your mind's eye. I would suggest exploring that as a possibility; it's common and does not mean you will not be able to do magic, rather you can focus your efforts elsewhere to get equally as successful results for you. The Travelling Witch blog has a post about practicing if you have trouble with visualization, that could be helpful to read and experiment with. I hope this helps, best of luck to you on your journey!
@@tbd287This hurts to find out. Is there really no way to fix this?? I feel like this is essential to my craft, cause if i’m not seeing it, and just saying it out loud, am i really believing it?
There's no reasont to necessarily fix it; you aren't broken, just different. Some of the comments here point to other sources or ways to visualize without seeing. As to belief, that is up to you. There's plenty of things I've sensed by feel without physically seeing, but they are there and real all the same. You even have things like molecules, cells, bacteria, etc. that we can't physically see with the naked eye, but they exist too. Many scientists that studied science and rejected traditional doctrine of their time didn't know what bacteria or cells were but believed something existed before it was discovered.
WOW! I'm a hypnotherapist; I use visualisation all the time and love this practice. I'm definitely going to suggest clients use this as a way if strengthening thier skill. Thank you xx
Another way to help with visualization is something my mom taught me when I was about 7 or 8. Cold is physically painful to me so she sat and taught me to visualize my hands on fire to keep me warm while waiting for the school bus in the morning. I still do it to this day. It's weird I know but it helped.
Motor imagery is a mental process by which an individual rehearses or simulates a given action. It is widely used in sports training as the mental practice of action, neurological rehabilitation, and has also been employed as a research paradigm in cognitive neuroscience and cognitive psychology to investigate the content and the structure of covert processes that precede the execution of the action. In some medical, musical, and athletic contexts, when paired with physical rehearsal, mental rehearsal can be as effective as pure physical rehearsal (practice) of an action.
That was pretty cool I visualized as you were speaking the Apple coming apart and putting it back together, turning it into apple juice, smelling and tasting it and then turning it into something else. Of course I didn’t turn it into another fruit, but I turned it into a beautiful pink flower. I’m not exactly sure of the name of the flower, but the whole exercise was really cool. Thank you!!😊😊
Me too. That was amazing. I even managed to turn it into a lemon at the end. It was my first try doing this technique. I'm definitely going to use the video to practice visualization. It really helped me. I know it wasn't meant to be a guided visualisation but it works for me so I shall use this
This is such an important topic for practicing the Craft. We devoted several months in the first year of Mystery School to visualization and meditation. I have been a HP for MANY MANY years and I enjoy your content and delivery. I wish you every success and a clear path to your highest good. 🌒🌕🌘
I can visualize in a way. It’s not fully visualizing but mostly like feeling like there’s something there but not really. Like a very blurred in the back of my mind type of image. I can control what I’m imagining partially but it’s hard to move things fluidly if that makes sense.
I first ran across this technique almost 50 years ago when I was first learning the craft. At that time there wasn't much written about Wicca or witchcraft as we know it today, so I learned quite a bit from books on ceremonial magic. Israel Regardie distilled much of the training techniques of the Order of the Golden Dawn into a series of pamphlets, one of them was Liber IX, IIRC, that included this technique to develop one's minds eye. He worked as Aliester Crowley's secretary for many years, so this technique is conceivably 100 years old or more. His approach started with learning to meditate, and quieting one's mind, before launching into visualization exercises. It included visualizing objects of different colors, shapes, and then multiple objects, in a series of increasingly complex meditations.
This was really helpful!! I'm really new to witchcraft but I've been using visualization in my life a lot since I was little without really knowing what it was. I thought it was just something I did for fun and to help me get into a certain mood. I'm so glad that this is actually part of the practice and I'm not just making stuff up. I was able to follow your apple example with my eyes open while you were talking thought it without pausing the video! ..I really need to get some of those books you recommended in another video!
Hahaha I actually snort laughed at " maybe I'm just weird" but I too imagine little fairies and pixies when we go on our walks. I even get my daughter to look for them 😂 great video as always
I have had that happen for a long time. great visualisation chat. If there's more I would like to hear about it. Also what do you know about attached spirit and what to do about them?
I wish this had been around when I started! Most of the content I found (even six months ago) didn't go into this depth on visualization or the other integral elements of workings. It was all like, "Just visualize your energy going into your wand . . ." without any elaboration. But if you don't realize HOW to visualize effectively (as in your exercise) because you never have--well, then, it's going to make doing effective workings that much harder. I've been dealing with PTSD for 11 years and finally found the right treatment, and it blows me away when I'm able to think in a different way, and think normally, because my problem-solving and mental creativity was zero for so long--and I am blown away at your video because I hadn't considered, either, that my visualization could improve. Thank you SO much for your content! You're above and beyond the best magical teacher I've come across.
PearlOfWisdom I’ve kinda been doubting if I’ve been able to visualize well but Now that I hear this, I realize that the first few meditation session type things I did, I just imagined the energy around me. Like when I kinda did the ‘waving good energies towards me’ thing, it was kinda easy to imagine energy flowing over my being, or something. Or like I hadn’t candle and would visualize the energies from my hand kinda being drawn into the candle. Idk lol
Absorption is a disposition or personality trait in which a person becomes absorbed in their mental imagery, particularly fantasy. This trait thus correlates highly with a fantasy-prone personality. The original research on absorption was by American psychologist Auke Tellegen. The construct of absorption was developed in order to relate individual differences in hypnotisability to broader aspects of personality. Absorption has a variable correlation with hypnotisability (r = 0.13-0.89) perhaps because, in addition to broad personality dispositions, situational factors play an important role in performance on tests of hypnotic susceptibility. Absorption is one of the traits assessed in the Multidimensional Personality Questionnaire.
I've had strong visualization skills ever since I was a child, especially since I'm a bit of a maladaptive daydreamer (toxic coping mechanism) so it's a very natural skill that I've honed over time. The whole time you were talking, I was just imagining you, within the video, interacting with the disc/sphere/apple rather than myself. The way you gesticulate made it very easy, as well. You squished the apple a few times, though. LOL.
Put an object in front of you, see it, pay very close attention to it (ask yourself "what am I seeing?" "what am I feeling?"). Then, close your eyes and see it again. Open your eyes, watch it and repeat. Sense the object. That's what I read in one book when I was way younger than now. I often find out that while visualising I sent out of my body energy to create that object. Is it only me or is there anyone else to whom this also happens?
I have always struggled with visualization. It affects my spiritual practices in a bad way. Not only that, but my artwork as well. I cannot draw well from memory.
Madam Madness you and me both. There’s a video here on TH-cam that describes how there’s a condition where it is more difficult for some to visualize than others.
Yeah, there's actually a condition that makes it nearly impossible for people to visualize things. It has something to do with how your brain works, I don't think it can actually be fixed. You can definitely have ways of getting around it though, so don't be discouraged
@@flamingfoxx It's called aphantasia, and it doesn't make it "nearly impossible," it makes it literally impossible. People with aphantasia simply do not have a minds eye at all, and it's hard for the people who have it to even understand the concept of having a minds eye. They will read a book without any visualization at all. They can't even get a mental image of their loved ones. It's so strange. Many people who have aphantasia are also not able to have inner dialog when they think. They simply do not think in words.
Wait... (Someone with aphantasia here) People actually think in words? They don't just..... I don't know how to.explain it. But people actually think in words?
@@rebekahg6080 I do think in words, but I don't know how common that is. Just out of curiosity. If you don't see images in your mind and you don't think in words. How would you discribe your thinking process? No offense intended. I just find this topic so interesting.
This was fantastic! I can easily visualize and often see things before they happen. I also see and/or hear spirits, which is comforting because my soulmate, my beloved cat has cancer, and I know he will never really leave me. One of my cats, Merlin, a gentle soul, was killed years ago, but he has never left me! You are a great teacher, and I appreciate you so much. I look forward to learning more from you.
Haptic perception means literally the ability "to grasp something". Perception, in this case, is achieved through the active exploration of surfaces and objects by a moving subject, as opposed to passive contact by a static subject during tactile perception.
Imagination is the ability to produce and simulate novel objects, peoples and ideas in the mind without any immediate input of the senses. It is also described as the forming of experiences in the mind, which can be re-creations of past experiences such as vivid memories with imagined changes, or they can be completely invented and possibly fantastic scenes. Imagination helps make knowledge applicable in solving problems and is fundamental to integrating experience and the learning process. A basic training for imagination is listening to storytelling (narrative), in which the exactness of the chosen words is the fundamental factor to "evoke worlds".
As an artist I can honestly say how important visualization really is. In my opinion it can make or break your results, especially in Witchcraft. Another great informative video. Thank you so much for what you do.
Does anyone have issues with perfectionism and visualization...I find myself spending way too much time trying to perfect the scenery I'm visualizing etc. . Also does anyone have issues 'switching' in their visualization...for example if I am visualizing an outfit change sometimes I have to actually undress and re-dress in my visualization for me to be able to see it. Or make the apple juice not just switch from an apple to apple juice. Now I feel like th wierd one 😂
When I struggle with this, I compare it to art and remind myself that more abstract or cartoony art is just as valid as realism, and it’s okay if it’s not perfectly realistic this time :)
This is a fun exercise. Visualization is something I never had much trouble with and being a photographer it is something that I use for mundane tasks all the time. I had a chuckle though when you mentioned "maybe I am just weird" what immediately popped into my head was "We are the weirdos mister". Those of a certain age will get the reference.
me and my friends before knowing what anything was did this thing we found off the internet called “red door yellow door”. basically everyone sat in a circle around two people, the guide and the main person. the main person put their head on the guide’s lap and held their arms up, and the guide massaged their temples while the others chanted “red door yellow door any other color door”. when the main person found themselves somewhere in their mind, they would lower their arms, and the chanting would stop. then the guide would guide the main person through wherever they found themselves, common places included meadows, beaches, black or white voids with doors (picture where eleven goes in stranger things but add random doors that go to nowhere), and rooms that looked almost alice-in-wonderland like with checkered either black and white or black and red walls ceilings and floors. often the checkered rooms contained something more distressing like pieces of bodies or knifes. idk what this was, or even if it’s part of visualization, but it seems like it kind of relates lol.
I'm so happy I found your channel! I literally just binged 6 of your videos - and they were all long ones lol. I could listen to you talk all day. So much valuable information and insight. Thank you!
I've always been really adept at visualization. When I was a kid, I used to imagine I was part cat - complete with big pointy cat ears and fluffy white tail - and sometimes my daydream would get so vivid I would get distracted during class thinking I had somehow grown a tail. I could feel it flicking around and brushing up against me, and could feel those little ears twitching and moving. In my day to day, I use it to help me decide what I want to eat by visualizing the taste and seeing how I feel. I'll stare out of car windows on long drives and have passed hours away by visualizing. Also, this is an awesome technique that I'm definitely going to try, even just for fun! It will definitely help me practice visualizing with my eyes open, and might help me control them too (sometimes my visions go out of control and I lose track of what I'm thinking about.)
Before watching this I had a dream book a long time ago. The book taught me how to get out of dreams, remember>record dreams, and create better sleep patterns. Well I practiced every night till I fell asleep. Bed time was going great until my dreams became real in my dreamland . I could feel everything like it was happening to me and it freaked me out sometimes. Now I take melatonin to chill me out. Listening to better frequencies also helps me. If I start visualizing....it might not be good right now for me. T.Y for posting 🎶🎧.
This was so enlightening that I’m going to watch all ur vids from your 1st up. Love your views & teachings on things. You really strengthen my belief in what I can do
Wonderful video! So much great information. Will definitely have to start doing that exercise. Thank you for making such helpful videos. Look forward to the other ones on grounding, centering and meditation.
I have been on the fringe, researching and seeking, for as long as I can remember. I really struggle to visualize and began to despair that I would ever learn to be a witch. I do not know why it eludes me. I have never tried this technique and will try it. Thank you very much for the video.
I don't see or feel anything but I know what's there and I can imagine the taste, smell, feel and look of everything and almost hear the words that go with it but I don't see anything
When I got back to visualization as an adult, realizing that I can anchor better in sound or taste or touch before sight, helped a lot. Working your way up from a specific sense can make a difference!
Was my 10 year anniversary today. I was in the city seeing wicked, eating delicious food....and i was legit thinking..." new video from hearth tonight...."
This technique is similar to that laid out in Liber Null & Psychonaut by Peter Carroll, especially with the structure of the learning. I've never heard specifically of going through an apple like that though, it's a really good idea. I like that you've gone into so much detail when it comes to such a small aspect of visualisation, that's really going to help some people. Simply seeing the things can be so difficult.
I live somewhat back in a forest, no street lights. I find that when I come home late at night, after I turn off the car, I often spend 10-15 minutes visualizing into the darkness that falls between the trees, trying to recreate the sensation of scrying in dimly lit mirrors. I haven't thought about actually practicing open eye visualization until seeing this, but I followed along and found it fairly easy since I have already, apparently, been practicing it in low light. Thank you so much for this exercise!
For some reason I was a bit worried about visualization, but your video made me realize I do it constantly! I daydream a lot, and so I visualize different things in my head or around me all the time, I make up stories and visualize them all the way through, and I often visualize everything from getting up to doing my makeup to getting where I need to go the night before doing something that makes me nervous, or sometimes I visualize walking in the streets to a specific destination, with different routes to relax when I can't sleep. So the exercise was actually really easy, I managed it without closing my eyes! I'm learning about witchcraft and some things are a bit difficult or confusing for me, so finding out this is something that I'm already quite good at is really nice :)
ngl I get incredibly discouraged every time I hear things along the lines of "put yourself in an environment where you can focus". There is no such possible environment for me. I have really intense ADHD and I have short lasting meds, so I only take them when I have to be at work. Still, I think I did pretty well with this visualization practice. I see constant visual distortion, so sometimes I visualize when I have the time anyway, since for me the world I see is already made up of static. I think if I visualize what I want to see, I may eventually be able to build the image from the particles. Using your oddities to your advantage whenever you get the chance y'know?
ASMR helps to meditate with ADHD. ASMR makes me feel uncomfortable but I found out those "project astral" music/sounds help me so I listen to that in my meditations.
I’ve been reading into paganism and witchcraft for a year now. I AM so happy to have stumbled across your channel. The way you explain everything is so clear. Definitely going to try this. I can visualise pretty much everything but for some reason. Colours never come across strongly, I can only visualise in black and white or a very faint colour. This should be good practice. Thank you for all the information you provide!
I tried this visualization along with the video, was glad to figure out that at I at least believe I’m pretty good at it! I guess years of zoning out and reading fantasy books in elementary payed off :)
Wow, I think you actually hypnotized me, and I didn't think that was possible. I saw the disk and the sphere and the apple, all of that perfectly, but now looking back, I don't actually remember what you said to suggest the images, I just remember seeing the images.
Hello Hearth! I would like to confess that when I first saw you in another video, and you had black lipstick on, I decided I was not interested in you. I am 65, so I guess my esthetic is old-fashioned. But I am also a new witch, and not very talented at this; and this was the most useful video I have seen in terms of pure magical skill logistics. Well done! Thank you! And I have subscribed.
Thank you for this, I am a beginner witch that meditates. Therefore, this tool is very invaluable for my meditation, yoga practices, and manifestation in order to achieve my goals. Again, thanks!
I find it so weird, because since i was a child till today at age of 20 i can so easily visualise, but only in a daydreaming way. When i was a kid, i used to have a imaginary friend and it felt so real to me. Nowadays i still daydream like A LOT, if im in the train or car for example, and i feel like daydreaming, looking at the images outside of the window moving fast, while i listen to music, i can clearly see so many things with so many details, with eyes open. But, when it comes to visualisation in meditation or things like this, i have such a hard time, I feel very pressured and it seems almost impossible. But ill try this out from now on! Btw i love your videos, they are very detailed and informative, and im glad ive found it because they give adivices i dont usually find in the books ive read so far, and also since WItchcraft is not that common in my country, theres very few youtube chanels about it, and most of them are more general, so its harder to find more specific and usefull tips and information like this!
I am at work at the moment, but will watch this as soon as I get home! I hope to see many more videos like this-seems there are so many “newbies” lately-myself included. I would love to see a video on grey/black magic, valid uses for it, and possible repercussions from it. And maybe how Poppets work?
I can't believe I'm just finding this now. Visualization is something I've notoriously struggled with my entire life. I can stare off into space for hours while my mind formulates Amazing Stories in crystal clear detail but visualization willing my mind to make a picture that I can see has been nearly impossible for me.
If visualization is difficult for you, although its called visualization, you can visualize in feelings too. If you can’t ‘see’ it but you can imagine the feeling of it, like the feeling of the wind on a spring day, or even the smell of your grandparents house, that is powerful too.
thanks so much. You unlocked a mystery ( very old text ) for me. This is the explanation that I needed. This makes all the work so much easier (when I have this under control). What I was puzzling about for years. You explain it now, as if you are taking a glass of water from the tap. Thank you, thank you and thank you.

Wow, I was able to do it with my eyes closed as you were speaking, that was a nice surprise. Now I will try to do it with my eyes open. Thanks for your guidance.
I wish I could do this... but I have some pretty severe Aphantasia. I have never been able to visualize. Even recalling things that happen. I do not describe people and SEE them per say, but I recall what I factually can recall they look like. So lessons like these are very hard... I wish I could visualize like my friends describe to me.
Thank you so much for your lovely videos! This one in particular is so very important and I find a lot of new witches don't learn this basic technique well enough before trying to go further with their craft. I have met so many who end up disheartened because they try their first spells and they don't work because they hadn't yet understood the importance of visualization to helping your working and intentions. This is also a topic I find very lacking within most witchtubers content. Not to say any of them are bad, I love many of those who produce witchy youtube content! It is just one of the aspects that few talk about and so newer witches don't realize the importance of. And I am totally like you! I love visualizing magical things in flames! Often I imagine them dancing with the flame itself. With most of my visualization I go to one of two places in a forest I have carved out in my mind. I tend to lay in the moss in one of them, seeing the soft speckled light coming through the trees and occasionally catching hints of my matron from afar (Elen of the Ways). Or I am in a small grove with a tiny clearing at night with bright stars above and a little pool of water in the middle reflecting the moon off its surface. Visualization is such a helpful thing to learn for meditative practice as much as spellwork and having these special places to go to can also aid in helping with mental illness and trauma issues (I suffer from PTSD).
I have Aphantasia, so for anyone like this:
Instead of "seeing" *feel*. Close your eyes and instead feel the energy, not see it. Its helped me a lot
ive learned from having aphantasia is that you can use your other senses to use as manifestation 😁

You aren’t wrong actually. I read a paper on daydreaming and daydreaming of that level is less common. It’s a mix of a learned skill and a natural disposition. It isn’t unhealthy either. Honestly one of my favorite scientific research papers I read lol. Anyway! Good on you! Appreciate it because it’s a wonderful thing
it's easier to visualize with my eyes open than closed. i've never been able to visualize with my eyes closed. this is a great visualization
I’m in the same boat as you!!
u might have adhd
I can relate….I would say its like a trance for me.
I completely understand! That's practically how I write, by "watching" the story in front of me
@@virginiamcdaniel7248this is so me
I was really struggling with this. Thank you for this video this is the first time I've been able to do some kind of magick successfully!
how do you "navigate" also im really struggling i cant see ANYTHING i try really hard
Got all the way to the last bit, and forgot what damn apple juice tastes like
Same 😂😂😂
Same😂😂😂
Its sweet and little bit sour, but nice.
Yea not me. I love me some apple juice🤤
Another way to help with visualization is something my mom taught me when I was about 7 or 8. Cold is physically painful to me so she sat and taught me to visualize my hands on fire to keep me warm while waiting for the school bus in the morning. I still do it to this day. It's weird I know but it helped.
Awww, that s so sweet ❤️
I know it wasn't meant to be a guided visualisation but it works for me so I shall use this
So I‘ve been practicing visualization for a while now, and I finally got it down! To anyone who’s new: be patient! It’ll happen! 🖤 Blessed be!
This is such an important topic for practicing the Craft. We devoted several months in the first year of Mystery School to visualization and meditation. I have been a HP for MANY MANY years and I enjoy your content and delivery. I wish you every success and a clear path to your highest good. 🌒🌕🌘
Question:
What does 🌒🌕🌘 mean?
I really loved this technique! Thanks 🙏🏻 ✨🥰
You look so much more grown up now it’s so crazy
Exactly the kind of series I was looking for ! Thanks ! :D
I loved being in that scene with the circle and the apple. Thank you!
I have had that happen for a long time. great visualisation chat. If there's more I would like to hear about it. Also what do you know about attached spirit and what to do about them?
I am Lucky I Never lost my Ability to visualise like you said about looking out of the car or any other window.
LOL.
The maladaptive daydreamers and escapists at least built this skill
Would love for you to do a guided visualisation video
Yes please. Exactly like the technique you use here.
this was so cool. i’ve had some experience with visualization before, but i sort of ended up visualizing it just watching the video with my eyes open
So Day 1 of trying this technique. When I tried it, instead of a disk, my brain gave me like almost like afterthoughts of a bright red sunset.
I struggled with the disc and sphere but woooww I could taste that apple juice !
It's worth noting that people with Aphantasia probably won't be able to do this.
Love using visualization. So useful and convenient.
You really strengthen my belief in what I can do
I have that same star on your wall! Awww! I got the moon as well.
New witch here...love your channel❤
Wonderful video! So much great information. Will definitely have to start doing that exercise. Thank you for making such helpful videos. Look forward to the other ones on grounding, centering and meditation.
Lol daydreaming used to be the only thing I got in trouble for in primary school.
Awesome advice Hearth!
When I got back to visualization as an adult, realizing that I can anchor better in sound or taste or touch before sight, helped a lot. Working your way up from a specific sense can make a difference!
As a new witch, you have helped me so much. Thank you!
I was following along and I drank some water right before you said to drink the apple juice. I swear, the water had a hint of apple taste in my mind.
Simply seeing the things can be so difficult.
i absolutely loooveee the red hair its beautiful 🥰🥰
I live somewhat back in a forest, no street lights. I find that when I come home late at night, after I turn off the car, I often spend 10-15 minutes visualizing into the darkness that falls between the trees, trying to recreate the sensation of scrying in dimly lit mirrors. I haven't thought about actually practicing open eye visualization until seeing this, but I followed along and found it fairly easy since I have already, apparently, been practicing it in low light. Thank you so much for this exercise!
I used to do the same thing on the route, but with deers that'd run so fast, along the side, just next to the car.
Thanks for this video? It really helped. I could see the apple and the juice.
New sub and a beginner witch. I love your content.
I just want to let you know how i appreciate you and your thorough, wonderful content. BB. )0(
loving this!
ngl I get incredibly discouraged every time I hear things along the lines of "put yourself in an environment where you can focus".
Omg I saw that apple. Thank you for taking the time to go through that step by step. It felt like a guided meditation and I loved it
Wow, I think you actually hypnotized me, and I didn't think that was possible.
I'm absolutely giving this a go later!
You are just as, if not moreso, helpful and insightful as someone like Jason Miller. Can't thank you enough for your guidance
You are a fantastic teacher
Great work😀😀😀
If visualization is difficult for you, although its called visualization, you can visualize in feelings too. If you can’t ‘see’ it but you can imagine the feeling of it, like the feeling of the wind on a spring day, or even the smell of your grandparents house, that is powerful too.
Please make a guided visualization video!
thanks so much. You unlocked a mystery ( very old text ) for me. This is the explanation that I needed. This makes all the work so much easier (when I have this under control). What I was puzzling about for years. You explain it now, as if you are taking a glass of water from the tap. Thank you, thank you and thank you.
Hi there Fellow Brit lovely video, very imformative and yes good practise, I know we used this method in the Coven I trained in, very important and something so great for spells thanks for this I am so sure it will help loads of people will watch more of your content be blessed always
This is extremely helpful. :)
Your videos are so helpful and interesting. Thank you.
I believe I have always been able to do this...I have always called it living inside my head. Thank you Hearth!!
I loved this a lot thanks for all you do
Great Read. ... women who run with wolves talks about how society stripped psyche and visualization and other gifts in the name of social norms
Thank you
I remember visualizing the same things on long car trips.
I would love to learn about shadow work sometime!
For my future reference 7:58 is when the practice starts.
I’ve kinda been speeding up your videos a lot so I can watch more at one time 😬
