These puppies are $900 on Reverb at the moment: a truly beautiful unit but not possible for normies unless they are *very* dedicated. Really amazing combination of features. I have enormous respect for Intellijel, and their collabs with Cylonix are remarkable. The Shapeshifter is what got me into modular and I absolutely love it. Have a Rubicon 2 (probably the most advanced 'standard' analog oscillator possible) and a Dixie II, as well, and I honestly wish I could get every module they make, starting with this. But, since I can't do that, I can really, *really* enjoy these demonstrations!
Hi! Do you think this module is feature dense enough for it taking up that much hp? I’m struggling with size and features as I run out of case space... :) and no I don’t want another case! Haha as always, thnx for the videos!
If I need to choose ONE FX module I would choose this. because you can do so much sound design with it. It is so versitale in all its function, because you have 7 effects in one module.(comb filter, granulator, pitch shifter, delay, rhythm generator, feedback resonator, filter) It is nothing more than a multi effect.
If you want that feeling to interrupt your live performance for let's say some ableton laptop configuration changes done by mouse, this is the module to go. Rich in possibilities, poor in intuitive, fast editing. I prefer the DLD.

These are cutting edge work tools, not "toys". If you want a toy get a korg volca for 200$
And last I checked this one sells for 600$ USD, so as Kimsmk said, you could have a really powerful modular synth for 5k.
