I'm definately trying this buffet. Also, i like the format of the Food Services manager doing the welcome, and cooks presenting their station. Looks like the Rio wants to give the top 5 a run for their money.
Now THAT is a proper buffet. Every item well presented and looks delicious. Especially appreciate the banh mi sandwiches!
I just hate this. I just ate dinner. I feel sick. I wish I was there with you. It all looks scrumptious. The food manager was really proud of his staff and operation and it reflects in the food. I'll definitely go there.

Watching many of your vids, this is my all-time favorite. Not only, the look of the food and your smile while eating it, the behind-the-scene invitation, rocked it. Kudos to the Manager, too! If it stays consistent (hope to see you re-visit in 6 mos. for comparison), this will be the go-to buffet for Vegas visitors. Thanks!

WOW WEEEE YIPPY YIP YEAH. I am so impressed with this special happy hour buffet. I know I will be in line before 4pm and I know they are going to see me enjoying until the last minute. The upper end on so many offerings is just one plus. In each section you see quality and freshness and a true sense of specialness. Out of all your great video's the RIO looks the cleanest! Very nice! And the cook was very kind and helpful, they look like they take pride in their work, like they're cooking for family. Good job RIO! and thank you for giving us an informed view so we can make a good choice when choosing a buffet! I never would have thought about going to the RIO for a buffet, but i will now.
Watched a dozen of your videos and this buffet looks like the best of the bunch. Eric runs a great buffet, the kitchen looked immaculate, and the food presentation was phenomenal. That man needs a raise!

Years ago I stayed in Vegas at the MGM Grand when it first opened, and a group of us made our way to the Rio Carnival Buffet. We all loved it. So many years later, and of all the buffets you have posted, I am most curious about this buffet. With such a helpful staff, and amazing-looking food, I will definitely be certain to get to this buffet the next time I am in Vegas.

As a commercial cook I really enjoyed this vlog as a consumer I loved it. The variety is fantastic, yet even better is the cleanliness and pride they show in their product presentation and their kitchen areas. Another reason making me want to relocate to Vegas.

Definitely one of the better looking buffets you have had. I usually feel sick after watching these, but this one wasn’t bad at all. I could picture eating here and not regretting it later.

Excellent video my friend! Looks top notch. Probably the best buffet in vegas at that price point. I really like that they are making scratch food! You almost never see that at buffets anymore. You can really tell the difference!

This is one of the better ones I've seen yet! Lots of things that most buffets don't have like Oysters Rockefeller.

I’ve been marathoning vids on the channel, so entertaining and informative. Man, this buffet really looked good. There was more variety of thing I really like compared to some others. It seemed like they made sure to have food with strong flavors. Sometimes it tastes like buffets are afraid of that. I think the Rio buffet goes on the must go list. Nice to see how well you were treated by everyone too.
