    Recipes are below:
    Sushi Bake:
    1 cup rice
    1 lb Imitation Crab
    1 lb Salmon (or tuna). You can also use other protein options, such as shrimp tempura.
    1/2 cup kewpie mayo
    4 oz cream cheese
    Sriracha (optional)
    1/2 Cup Furikake
    1/8-1/4 cup rice vinegar
    1 1/2 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    Avocado
    cucumber
    Nori
    Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
    To cook the rice:
    Put 1 cup rice and 1 1/2 cup water into a small pot. Put on the stove and turn stove onto high. When the rice JUST comes to a boil, turn the heat down all the way to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
    1. Mix vinegar with sugar and salt, and let dissolve. Mix into rice and spread in an even layer in a greased 9X14 pan.
    2. Sprinkle in 1/4 to 1/2 cup Furikake onto the rice.
    3. Mix crab with 1/2 cup kewpie mayo, cream cheese and 1 tbsp sriracha (optional).
    4. Spread the crab mixture on top of the rice.
    5. Add Salmon
    6. Bake for 10-15 minutes (until warm or any raw fish is cooked.
    Serve with Nori and preferred toppings.
    Greek yogurt bark:
    1 cup plain greek yogurt
    1 cup chopped strawberries
    1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
    1 cup chocolate chips (or granola)
    1 tsp vanilla (optional)
    1. Mix yogurt, honey or syrup, and strawberries together in a small bowl. Spread mixture out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
    2. Sprinkle on toppings and freeze until hard (1 1/2 - 2 hours).
    Greek yogurt clusters:
    1 cup plain greek yogurt
    1 cup chopped strawberries
    1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
    1 cup chocolate chips
    1 tsp vanilla (optional)
    1. Mix yogurt, honey or syrup, and strawberries together in a small bowl.
    2. On a cookie sheet lines with parchment paper, lay out the mixture into small clusters. Freeze until solid (1-2 hours)
    3. Just before taking them out of the freezer, melt your chocolate. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave for 30 minute increments until melted.
    4. Dip the clusters into the chocolate and shake off access.
