I'm lactose intolerant to and I have for 3 years and I still eat pizza on fridays.... I gave up everything else, milk, icecream, plain cheese, but not my pizza
Just take lactose pills. You'll be able to eat any type of milk product for ~30 minutes.
There is lactosefree icecream etc
I have tried lactose free food but it is expensive where I live so I just cut those foods, even lactose free versions, out completely. Thank you though

Dear gabby (and haters)
I just read zoes blog about 'hate on the internet', and I just wanted to say that I love gabby and Zoe, I even watch the same blogs/videos over and over again and still laugh. If something has happened and I feel upset I'm come straight to TH-cam and mostly watch Zoe and gabby. I have watched them by day 1 and they never get old!. I just wanted to say that I see the hate comments in most videos, and I feel so sad reading them, I now hate looking through the comments. They don't understand that us veiwers only see about 10-30 minutes of their lives in the vlogs, so the haters think that they never cry, or they always have to be happy. There not always happy, because they are only human and they have feelings and emotions too.
