Why Cinema City? Isn't it defunct? Yes it is, but the name has been brought back by a local cinema chain in 2014, founded by Raymond Wong, one of the founding members of Cinema City who also runs Mandarin and Pegasus Motion Pictures.
A few rare flipcards are also included in this redux, so enjoy!
新藝城出品 觀眾有信心 can be translated literally as "Audience have faith in Cinema City's productions".

These logos are like classic and I remembered Cinema City Logos back in My age of TH-cam watching like trailers and more!
This is truly the best Redux I ever seen, man! I can't believe there are more of Cinema City logos I have not seen and you found some rarities. Great job on this presentation. You never ceased to amaze us. :D
Glad you like them Eric! It wasn't until I glimpsed thru the old trailers and specials to found those rarities, although I recalled seeing it in cinemas when I was young. Apparently the end of the film Happy Ghost (1984) also contained the old "round triple Cs" logo.

Anyways, I wonder where you got the logo from 2:02 with the remade fanfare, and the first CCE logo, also I never seen the still logos from 1:35 to 2:00!! Neat finds!

The 2:02 ident was found in only two movies, namely Love, Lone Flower (1985) and The Family Strikes Back (1986). The still logos are accidentally found in the trailer-cum-special of Aces Go Places 3 (1984).
Happy New Year, Dire! I’ve been wondering about Cinema City since you previous covered it years ago! Looking at this redux shows that there’s more about the studio, and I enjoyed it very much! I didn’t know the name alone is still operating, and I’m happy to see they’ve been around since 2014. Very interesting! Keep up the good work!
HNY Craig! Cinema City isn't making films anymore, but with Raymond Wong (who runs Mandarin and Pegasus Motion Pictures) retaining the name for his cinema circuit really brought us down memory lane to the glorious 1980s in HK film industry.
