Thank you for this video! I’m interested in having a booth at the Ren fair. I’m in research mode right now so I’m grateful for your video. How do you calculate how much inventory is needed for the full length of the fair?
always make sure other vendors are not selling what you have and make sure you pick there brain for information not just ask basic questions because event organizers will be looking to lie and streach the truth.
If you Google search festivals or fairs in your area you should be able to find some that way. The other way is to find advertisements in your local newspaper. You can also search things to do in your area and sometimes these fairs or festivals are listed. Hope that helps.
Depends on where you live. Some places require you to be registered as a business. When you contact the organization they should be able to let you know what you need to set up at their event.
hey man thank you for your video. could you give us some tips on how to get the carnivals to contact us back? like how to email them? i have been sending emails to many carnivals yet no replied yet
With covid still being an active pandemic some carnivals and fairs might be on hold or have changed dates. If you are not getting an email response check to see if the location where the fair is held has a phone number or office. They might be able to provide you with details as to what is happening this year with there schedules.
I would Google fairs by the towns or area you are in or are able to travel within a reasonable distance . Even if you missed this years fair you can contact them for next year.
If your handling food you might need local food license. Some towns require a vendors permit. The people at the fair should be able to tell you what they require in advance. As each municipality is different you need to check at that level.
It varies from municipalities. The organization holding the event will be able to let you know what is needed. Sometimes it’s on their web site everything you will need t provide to secure a spot.
