Yeah fellas, fantastic collab episode. Comedic level was Olympic high standard! The THS segment is always tricky, would love to have all 3 but cash in now with Alex now for sure. I think generally Izzy's cards will hold strong value, now and beyond. Agree also and think people watching now will have that nostalgia aspect we see often 10+ years. Great to see plenty of questions coming from the chat here. Cheers guys 👍
@@Maineventcards big time. I totally understand why you guys would sell tho. I personally don’t believe he can beat Tom or jones. Ground game is too good.
Great episode guys! Some questions for the next episode. Do you have any tips for international collectors to save $$ on shipping? What's your opinion on buying into breaks and other related gambles?
Hey mate, to answer your first question now so you can start saving money right away. I use a shipping service called Ship My Cards. there are others so check a few out and pick which one you like most. But these services act as your US address and you get all your cards shipped there and they charge a small fee. Then whenever you're ready to ship them home you can ship them all together. When doing this you can also determine the customs value. Hope this helps its a game changer for us international people. The other question is a good one so we will answer that together on an upcoming collab. Thanks mate
I can second Damian's advice given here. I also use SMC works greats. Ship cards to Oz. A few hints & tips for sure will help, but indeed the system works well and saves you $'s!
I was initially a little surprised at first that it was Khabib over Conor but it is his first auto , it's an on card auto and a 1/1. I know it was at the peek of prices but still good to see a sale for UFC crack 50K. The Conor was more surprising that it wasn't his RC first auto.
I will echo Damian’s thoughts on the Conor. I would have expected his first auto to be the card to garner that price. As for the Khabib I’m not surprised despite what people think Khabibs star power is super strong with very hardcore Russian and Muslim fans. He always sells and is one of the most popular fighters in the card world. Also that card is his best card so adding all those together I’m not surprised it was the highest recorded sale.
One day I will own red ink auto from Nunes debut year. Great content as usual my friends. I would trash Anderson. Sell Israel and keep Poatan. 1st autos will worth a ton down the road. 5-10x in my option. Maybe in 10-20 years lol. Question to be considered: what are the best years for topps old stuff ? Keep up the great work.
You and I both would love to own that card! Assuming you want it a little more than me though lol. The only way i'll ever get one if i found a seller desperate enough to let it go at a decent price. There are a few other cards i would drop big dollars on instead of that one though. And i don't see that card ever really come down much and only raising in value the more appreciation her career gets in the future.
I pulled a gold Signed Dustin Poirier 1/1 card out of a topps Chrome Hobby box. Im thinking the price range would be in between 2000$ and 4500$ dollars. Basing this on the same Rose Card sold for 1375$ a month ago approximately.. what do you guys thinks. Should i hold it long term or sell it for a profit..

Hey Matty, It's always fun to make THS segement as tough as possible, While keeping it relative. Thanks for the continued support mate
thanks for the chat boys !
Thanks Chris! Hope you are well mate
Loved this weeks trash, sell and hold!! Best ufc duo on TH-cam.
Thanks bro, I know you love your Pereira cards

@@GemCardCollecting I'd honestly love to see Pereira spark Jon Jones out cold lol. That would be epic!
What do you guys think of 1 of 1 cards of lower tier fighters? Will these hold value ? No value ? Any thoughts
Great question mate! We can answer this on an upcoming collab. Thanks
Great question here! Definitely will get to this one next episode.
What fight do you believe we are more likely to see Conner vs. Chandler or Jones vs. Tom Aspinall?
Hey mate, Yeah that's an interesting quick one we can talk about! Thanks.
Great episode guys!
