I have never felt more seen😭. Thank you so much for this. God bless you. I can relate to this a little too much. As someone, who is currently on a new path of discovery outside law into risk and compliance, I am eager to see where this journey takes me. The good thing with law is that it has lots of transferable skills that can be adapted to suit any role. Being open minded is very important. I really can't stress it enough. So if you're equally on this path too, I truly hope you feel seen and know that you're not alone.
@@joyani7553 hey, I’m not sure if this is for me or Teleola. But there are a good number of courses available depending on the field you’re considering. There are also general risk and compliance courses. Some are offered on LinkedIn for free. There are some provided by ICA, ISACA and IRM. Those are good institutes to begin your search. Also, check out PMI and other project management programs that have risk management embedded. My main advice is to check out the free courses online firsthand before paying for any certification course. That will help you streamline and identify which of the areas you’d like to delve deeper into. I hope this helps
Awww I’m glad you could relate to this. Exactly. You’ve got loads of transferable skills so you can work in another sector. You’re definitely not alone 🤗🤗

You can take the ICA courses or the CISI if you’d like to transition to compliance within financial services in the UK.
God bless you for this series tele . They’ve been really insightful
Hi Tele, very insightful series. Please keep it up. Thank you very much.
Thank you so much✨✨
I would have loved to know how she discussed sponsorship and how sponsorship was offered
You can contact her on linkedin but I think it was a sponsored role
What exams or certificates do you have to earn to work in compliance in UK?
It depends on what aspect of compliance you would like to work in. I would recommend CISI if you’d like to work in financial services in the Uk
You are doing a wonderful job tele, thank you for your efforts
