"Why would you get an infiniti SUV when you could just get a Lexus or an Acura" ... I mean for the exact same reason as why any customer would choose one specific company's product over another - because they prefer it, and/or have brand loyalty based on previous ownership experience. You honestly made a great video man but this was the only part that seemed a bit incoherent. Simply having Acura/Lexus as two available options is not (in and of itself) a compelling reason why a customer would choose not to buy an Infiniti. Sure, the market is oversaturated with options but that is the same across the board. Ford, Chevy/GM, and Ram all make full size trucks but Ford and Ram trucks simply existing does not cause customers to stay away from Chevy trucks.... it just divides the market share more.

My wife’s got a 2020 Dodge Charger RT and in my opinion, it’s about as close to a perfect car that you can get. 4 doors for family, looks good, drives great, has the v8 and sounds awesome and has tons of torque, and surprisingly gets decent mileage. She drives on the interstate a lot and gets 24-26 mpg. That’s as good as my little 4 banger Miata. Again, it’s just my opinion, but it checks every box I have for a car.
Btw, I drive a Ram, and can’t stand it.

Does the Charger platform still suffer front suspension issues? I've had a couple Challengers and a Magnum, and while I loved the looks and the drive, the front suspension's 4 lower control arms might as well just be consumables. I've also had a couple Rams and they were fine but not amazing.

That chart at the end is interesting. I'm in the car business myself, so good video to watch. However, the numbers at the end, I counted only 5 brands that actually got worse YOY thru 23. Most rebounded in 23 a bit. I'm assuming because of supply chain remedies and more cars available to be sold. Even Infiniti bounced back a little for 23 it looks like... Good data nonetheless.

Yup you are correct. Generally speaking most manufacturers sold more in 2023 than in 2022. Surprisingly Jeep and Kia had negative sales.

EPA is killing muscle cars😂 that’s a wild common take when horse power is 150% of what it was 10 years ago. Everyone wants 1000 hp when anything over 600-650 is kinda insane. I thought I wanted 1000 hp and it’s uncomfortable to drive in the city so unless I go to the track I tune it to 600 whp Dodge has factory 1000 hp vehicles and it’s kinda insane. I’m happy with my mustang and if they keep them at 500. Idk why anyone would complain. Just lighten them up
