I have several of the R V Works Cajun Fryers. They are worth every penny and then some. You will never regret your purchase of an RV Cajun Fryer product. I use the clear frying oil from Sam's Club. It is roughly $15 for 4+ gallons and it will last for DOZENS of fish fry's without any flavor transfer. I can fry fish one night and cook fried pies or doughnuts for breakfast the next day with out any flavor carryover.
I know this is a old video, but for anyone interested in the Bayou classic fryer, they do make and sell a optional stainless steel roller cart, just like the black one has.

since it has been a year since posting.... I am sure you have cooked with these.... how do they differ in cooking?
Do you smell like fried food when you use these cookers?
are these NSF certified????
the r&v works is way much better than the bayou classic. hate that I wasted my money
what makes you feel that way. Im in between which one I want. Im leaning towards the R V works.
@@nobs7882 I know this is an old comment but I would like input between the two, did you go with RV works?
