    Yaayyyy. Dear Adell, I have never enjoyed an instructor led class as much as I enjoy classes with you. I know it's an old cliche to you now but they are soooo creative and sweet and after a class my body and brain feel amazingly alive, activated and tingly. I wish I could tell you how excited I am to be able to practice with you and to learn from you. Like, I really get you 🤗 it's such a rare feeling. Thank you ever so much and I wish that you are healthy and happy and keep on sharing you precious knowledge and love for what you do and I will support you and share you as much as I can. Much love. Sara 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

    This class is so amazing. I feel the light vibration deep beneath my skin after the class, and the funny part of the class was where I tried to roll my ankle in a neat and proper circles I found out that I move my lips with my ankles too. Thank you very much for sharing this class.

    • @AdellBridges
      @AdellBridges  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      hehe!! That's quite common! That's similar to when a child is learning to write, and they make funny faces and stick out their tongues. It's because you're asking your brain to do something -- specifically in fine motor control -- that it's not used to, so other areas that ARE used to that fine motor control like your lips, are trying to help out. You may notice if you try doing those ankle circles standing up with your hands free, then your fingers might try to get involved too. Cool huh?

    Adell I've been wanting to try the neural flossing vids FOREVER and wowowowww this is so good!! Thank you so much! Could you suggest which muscles need some extra love (strength) to lift the hand to foot in the side plank variation (21:00)? I can lift my left leg to right hand but not the right leg to left hand... I'm thinking it's the outer hip muscles on the rooted leg!?

    Hi Adell hope you’re doing good.
    So when you dropped this workout, of course i wanted to give it a try and tbh the first time around i found it soo challenging and stopped half way through. I also was practicing in the morming so i dunno maybe that had an affect on my body too. Last night i gave it another try and let me tell you. My body and mind are so thankful to you. It was smoother the 2nd time around and i’m really glad i gave it a second chance. It definitely won’t be the last. So thank you again for posting these practices.

    My hip keeps feeling like its popping out of place. Do you recommend doing these exercises to get the hip back into place? Or just rest until if feels normal and then start working on mobility?

    I have a general question - I’ve recently switched to a non-padded sticky mat like the one Adell uses. There are moments when the hard floor is just excruciating on my bony knees or elbows. I noticed it a lot during this video. Does anyone else experience that? What do you do about it other than seeking out better padding? Does it get better eventually, if I power through?

    • @AdellBridges
      @AdellBridges  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Heya!! I weirdly get this sometimes on my right knee but not my left! I like the little mini pad that Liforme makes for that, which you can even slide underneath your full size mat. But also, it's really normal! And a lot of people like to have a little towel handy which doubles as a knee pad or a sweat wiper-off-er 😅
