Lisa Daglian is an MTA employee and does nothing. She needs to be fired and the PCAC needs to be shut down, as they serve no useful purpose. Passengers United has done more advocacy as volunteers. When we spoke to the PCAC about LIRR service concerns, we were brushed off. There is a ongoing pattern of discrimination at this MTA organization that is supposed to represent riders.
I echo the comments of those below. The LIRR had years and years, along with delays, to properly prepare for the opening of Grand Central Madison. They chose to retire many M3 cars, and the delayed order of more M9 cars is costing them dearly. The short trains in rush hour are a huge mess. Then making things worse are the elimination of most direct Brooklyn service, a LOT of people from Long Island commute to Atlantic Terminal! Lisa Daglian's comments are an insult to LIRR riders, it's way more than just a small number of people being affected. The PCAC is part of the MTA, Lisa Daglian is involved with Riders Alliance, a "Rider's Advocacy": group that's really a smokescreen for cutting and "redesigning" service. She is corrupt and does NOT speak for LIRR passengers!
I said the same thing about them retiring most of the M3 cars. Why did they go ahead and do this knowing the GCM was going to open within years and there was no certainty that all of the M9 cars were going to be delivered on time? Bad planning by the MTA.
They didn’t “cater” to the east side commuters they finally gave them a way to actually accesss their job much quicker. Stop whining, you’re not the only person in the world
they should revert back to the original schedule for those commuting into Penn station before the grand central opening and focus on the grand central schedule instead
I was on the Wednesday morning train to Atlantic Terminal I walk with a can and have a disability I was pushed and shoved with no disregard my legs was hurting so bad and are still hurting I cry when I think about that ride bad MTA plan

Unbelievable
Yeah she seems like a typical South Shore Wall-Street elitist who probably takes the Babylon Branch to/from work
LIRR, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. The schedules messed up everything

No matter what, people will always complain.
So basically they screwed over all the west side commuters by catering to the east side commuters. L mta

@@664theneighbor5 Man be quiet. He is not the only one mad about this. The MTA messed up and you know it.
@@664theneighbor5 it’s not whining when you’re pointing out the obvious. Idiot
Is there no more train service out of METS/WILLETS?? It's not on the Port Washington schedule

Feel bad for Brooklyn seem like all they chaos and crime Brooklyn has to do chaotic their only sacrificing 4 trains
We want the old schedule back
Very tight about my commute to and from work.
A perfect example of how bad the platforms are: 1:31 😅
Make them run more frequent. Making them longer is a bandaid on the problem
sadly they would need to get more train cars to make this possible

I am sorry about your situation. Hopefully something like that won’t happen again. Also how were you pushed a shoved in the first place?
@@aqua2poweros699 I was pushed and shoved getting on the packed train to Atlantic terminal thank you for your concern and GOD bless you
