I think his dad is really introvert. He finds it hard to communicate with his son but it is good that he asked help from a professional. Lee Hwi Jae is talkative to his sons since they were little. I’m glad there is a show like this. We get to learn about childcare and more valuable things. Thanks, KBS!!
I love how she assures him that Seungjae doesn't love him any less. As a teacher I come across so many parents who let discipline slide because they are scared their child wouldn't love them anymore. And by the way Jiyong was talking about how his wife disciplines because Seungjae wouldn't want to come to him if he disciplines I think Dr Oh caught. I used to tell my mother I loved my house helper more than her. But that wasn't true. Hats off to parents - it ain't easy, certainly.

PyroELF YH i agree. i quit watching tv in the US. When I visit Korea I become glued to the tv because I watch their shows for hrs lol. Even the advertisements are more entertaining

I do not think they are negatively talking about America as a country but the entertainment that is found here. Specifically, the reality television that is popular here (example: The Kardashians) this is more of a question of preference than patriotism. I do not understand why you were so hostile to PyroELF YH since they never explicityl said they did like America. All that being said can we just enjoy this precious boy eating dinner with his dad on this adorable program.

i think seung jae's father is very different person. he looks cool but actually he has storng emotions. after the seung jae he worried about this situation. i love him and believe that he will be the best father ever :)

I work for childcare and the woman reminded me a lot of my manager and staff in the room haha
I totally know how hard it is to get the child's attention especially while feeding because I get a lot of kids who refuse their food but if you sit beside them while their eating and constantly talk to them they will eventually eat.

I think she kinda uses the same method with the father and tells him when he has done good and when he needs to change something. ^^ Even with the same tone in her voice. But it looks like its effective, so I need to try this with my older brother lol xD.

His dad really try hard to take care of seunjae and at the same time fulfill his duty as a dad by cooking him food and doing chores. Thumbs up 😊
Kids with good EQ come from a parent that give a lot of response to them. So parent, dont keep quite and look at your phone. Instead play with your kids even it is difficult.
For a couch potato lazy person like me, it looks so exhausting having a child =))) but he is so cute..
Before, I often had to babysit my little cousin and BOY does it get you emotionally drained. You gotta show interest in everything they do and be *full* of energy, and if you don't give them something fun to do, they will keep poking you. My favourite time was nap time XD that's when you get peace and quiet. The longest I ever babysat was 3 days though, so I can't imagine what it must be like for parents. It's worth it though cause in the end, everything's outta love. One time, my aunt invited my little cousin and I to have a sleepover at her place, and told me that my cousin said she wouldn't go if I didn't go. I thought that was pretty cute :3. The connection between you and the child grows, and it really is heartwarming

I think the father who has the best reaction ever in this show are Song Il Kook and Jang Hyun Sung (Junu and Junseo's father). Jiyong is pretty similar to Uhm Tae Woong.

I just want to say that Jiyong is really awesome. He's really trying his best to become a better father for seungjae. I love the way he interacts with his son, they're so cute together❤. I really like this show because it inspires me to be good mother when I grow up. Good parenting is the best for your child👏💓

True... Sungjae IS very unique. I've been watching many of the clips of him on TH-cam and he manages to surprise me every time. I don't usually get become that interested in kids that often, but Sungjae always draws my attention.
Dr Oh looks like one's mother on a visit LOL. Love all her advice and she knows how to engage with Seunjae. She put Seunjae and dad at ease. Parenting is hard, and especially when one is the main carer and youre tired. I agree to what Dr Oh suggested.
i would like to have a husband like jiyoung he's so caring to his child and so kind too , he always look after his child's health and want to be close to his son like othersss i think he just need to interact and talk much to his son so that they can be close i think his wife is so lucky

Im an introvert person but i love talking with kids like seungjae's age in this clip. I love playing and interacting with them. But since im introvert the level of my energy goes down during the interaction with a kid after 1 hour or 2 hours playing with them. I fully understand what jiyong felt but he's a father now so he need to keep on doing his best interacting with his son hahaha

My mom used to just spank me everytime I made her stressed. But as she grow old, she's regretting what she did and began teaching young moms to be more patient with their kids. I have no problem with the way she raising me and love her anyway though. Now that people start to get rid the violence-old fashioned way, it's nice to always learn some right-non violence methods to discipline kids.
