Signature Global City 37D Not happy with the quality work Flat 2 BHK Type C

Sir - you are in initial phase of this construction quality issue. You will come to know in a years time. Visit SG Park 4&5 especially park 5 and ask them - its the same issue. Some of their walls cant even hold the wait of one curtain rod. Go to terrace and you will feel like its a 10 year old building due to low cement and plaster quality. Although project is just one year old. Same tarai issue.

Ye sabhi builders k side hai... Koi builder is cheez ko serious nahi leta na hi quality check hota hai... Yahi reason hai chintals jaise issues banke aate hai

Balcony size is very good plus you have basement as well there, so overall good project. Construction can be concluded once we have final results.

Yes, balcony sizes are good but what worries more is construction quality. People have already witnessed what happened with Chintels. The authorities should check the quality of the buildings every now and then.

SG is having quite similar footprints like Supertech - who keep launching one project after another and dont deliever existing project and give very low quality products, play with hard earned money and faith of people.

Crazy price and low quality construction, Now worried about the quality of SG City 93, 2BHk selling for 1.61 CR and carpet area 629 Sqft. 3BHK reaches 3CR onward...., the hell wrong with Gurgaon? we don't even have proper roads to walk

That's the issue with modern builders. Cement needs water, but it's not being added, causing visible cracks in the flats.
