    Great video. I have been on low carb for 2 years and , I have been training with dumbbells for 2 years. I lost 17 kg and I feel the best in my life !! Have a nice day and good health !! And I also practice IF ...It's great, I'm not a food slave !!

    Lots good suggestions! I agree sleep is the most important, my blood pressure is effected with the lack of sleep. Fasting and feeling the hunger pains is a good key to knowing your burning fat. Great video!

    You guys don't eat much and work out like crazy .... it's simple , you metabolism is going gangbusters and you're burning carbs like crazy
