Note: the “American” Sausage Pizza? Uh . . . no. American here. I’m 58 and have lived all over this country. Never have I seen sausage like that on pizza - or corn. Corn on pizza? Never, ever, EVER. I’d love to try it, though! 🙂
I thought the same thing when I saw the "American" sausage pizza.
It's just useless pride in "pizza", including common super salty and greasy junk food. According to that logic, Korean food through recipes that you haven't learned properly or other East Asian food visuals and ingredients are likewise absurd enough to give the illusion that they don't seem to be the food. Of course, I really like classic American pepperoni pizza, but in the end, also that's not your original food, but just a food that applies Italian pizza to you guys taste. In terms of numerous factors related to culture as well as food, especially many older Westerners still have a very conservative mind and are very arrogant and rude, especially when it comes to Asia.

Corn cant be THAT uncommon, in the UK, England at least, most pizzas usually have little pieces of corn and its really common, the small amounts of the sweetness balances out with the savoury of the other toppings

I watch food videos from everywhere so that I could learn more about cooking. Today, I learned the easiest way EVER to kernel corn from the cob! I'm very excited about that!
Lovely video, but there is nothing American about that American Sausage and sweet corn pizza! We would more likely eat the pepperoni or pepperoni and bacon one. (cook the bacon crispy though)

At one point in the video I thought he was going to put the chopped pineapple into the pizza sauce. Thank God that wasn't the case. The meat flower pizza did not look that appealing, to be honest. I think my favourite has to be the one with all the green chillies on top followed by the cheese. Oh, yes please!
Yeah and the sliced version looked worse, almost like it was underdone. I love pizza but none of these were incredibly appealing.

The crust is thin so maybe the baking time is reduced because it’s very easy to burn the crust. If you look at the restaurant’s google review photos online, the crust looks well baked. I worked in the food industry for awhile, serving raw dough is unacceptable and potentially dangerous so I doubt they would serve undercooked pizzas.

As much as it pains me to say this... there is a point where you overtop a pizza and you get the runny undercooked mess that is displayed here. Sorry. I do love pepperoni... but damn! Also, corn on pizza will forever be out of my reach since no one in my country would ever consider it a topping.
