I appreciate that you gave us different camera angles. It helps get a sense of how deep your cutting and how much mud you're actually moving. This property owner is making quite a little spread for himself!
Part of the fun is trying to figure out how you are going to solution a problem. I am never right but it is still fun. The drone footage is a much appreciated addition. Thank You.
Chris, Your videos are a perfect mirror image of your work ethic, nonstop, professional, consistent and dependable👍👍👍 Thanks for allowing me to sit behind you in the cab. I'm really enjoying the new thumb.
That was Johns 250 he’s on that’s not Chris’s 220, JS. But that’s Chris’s baby right there, that’s his favorite machine to run and no one runs it but him 95% of the time, lol.
Just seeing the final overview of the whole project you could really see what your plan was and how you went about accomplishing it. Another satisfied customer with a beautiful house.
I'm just like a little kid when I watch you play in the mud. Break the dam! Break the dam! Yeah!! Always enjoy your videos. Thanks, and Woof to Winston.
Is this grandma’s house? The road through the woods, over the hill, across the bridge? That grandma? Some beautiful land right there overlooking that lake. Sit back and have a cup of coffee, watch the sun come up.
Your videos always show up when I sit down for dinner ( the perfect time) I really enjoy watching you work and I learn quite a bit as well thank you chris you are the best
What a Nice place to have a Home, at the end of a mile long driveway !! lololol... And a Nice fishing pond to boot... Man it all turned out really nice Chris !, That was a decent size job after all is said, an done. Great as always !! Great Work !! Have a Great Evening.... On to the Next....
Nice dredging job there Chris.the pond came out nicely and looks Great.nice drone view of the pond and House Lot from above.nice job in all Chris.stay safe😀
Jay, I noticed those too. I guess were the only fisherman watching. The drone footage showed some on the other side of the pond too. My dad started me eating bluegills before I was one year old. 66 years later and I still love eating them. Good luck fishing Jay !
@Dave Hicinbothem Yes Dave, they are the "nest" the bluegills lay there eggs in. I've seen "beds" that had so many nest in them , that the nest touched each other on all sides. Fishermen call this group of nest a "bed" The males make the nest, the female lays her eggs in the nest, the male fertilizes the eggs , then guards the eggs until after they hatch.
Now you will have to go across to the other side of the pond and clean that up too 🤔 I really like the trowel marks in the mud, gives it a very artistic look from the drone. Place looks better every time you work on it 👍👍
I'm trying to start a small excavation business, from scratch. I have to say that it's a little terrifying watching all the expensive equipment used for this project alone. You are a good inspiration 👍 Greetings from Sweden
We have one pond in Bradford County, PA that was tree denuded. Solution was 6 10' deep holes where the bass can hang out in the warmer weather. We did plant willows which grow fast and are strong up in PA. They help to cool the water as well with their shade. This one is naturally spring fed so no dam needed.
Pull up some trees to lay on the bank with some good clay to terrace it so it doesn't erode so much. Cheaper than old railroad ties but won't last as long, It's sort of like making pond dam terraces. If necessary spillway mats can be laid over the ridge lines. Otherwise, slope slippage will recur. (French drains help too...)
Chris, you need some walkies talkies or even better CBs to communicate and /or a combination there of to add to horn beeping vs smoke signals. "over" . A couple of cheap CBs for the main equipment might come in real handy. That would work good say across the pond, even in the woods etc "bring a chainsaw next trip" etc. Time is money
Chris they should’ve let you did that little peninsula sticking out on the opposite side of the pond and it really would’ve squared the pond up good but anyway you did what they want it and it turned out great looking so you and John and yawls families y’all stay safe and keep the videos coming brother but I look forward every morning at 5 o’clock in the morning to watch your Videos that’s what gets me started every day. Lol.
In Australia a dam that shallow is called a puddle and would dry out in weeks. We have deep dams to keep the water cooler so it don't evaporate away to nothing. The amount of rain and shallow ground water you people have never ceases to amaze me. I have not seen mud like what you deal with in most of your videos. Our earth movers have an easier time than you. If a farmer wants to clean out a dam just wait to the end of summer or a drought and it can be done dry no mats required. We are only now getting some rain but it is 10mls here and another 10mls in a week or two and that is along the eastern coast. Australia does not know mud and water like you do.
you have good truck driver he knows to split his tracks dont fallow your tracks in and out i have done the same job the same jobs from both sides good job brian
Interesting illustration of how video distorts your perception of slopes. I was surprised to see the water flowing as fast as it did, I didn't think there was that much difference in the depth in that direction, from the earlier footage.
That’s going to look real nice when it’s graded and grass sown. Didn’t think that dump truck was going to get out of there, because it sure was thick mud.
Peg on the nose time again! Where I live in the fens in the UK they have to dredge out the field drains now and then, often with a long reach, and man, it pongs like a bukka! ("Bukka" is a fenland saying - cross between bugger and f**er. ) Keep up the good work and stay safe bud!
So Steve, you're on your firebreak? Trying to fill the time with TH-cam? If you like auto repair I recommend South Main Auto repair on TH-cam, Eric there can be quite entertaining and he's the guy you'd want fixing your car. Good luck.
Not familiar with Volvo haul trucks but any others i have been around when you lock them in all 6 wheels are spinning. Might want to get that checked out.
Chris. Looking good love to watch you operate that Volvo machine the two of you sink together and then look out dirt is going to fly muddy or not. How many years did it take you to develop your eye bsll to see and set grades from inside that cab. Take Care Be Safe Alway's Around all Equipment.
Think it holds less than the bucket on the 250. Made for his personal 220 and he's said in a previous video that it holds about the same as his 220 bucket even though it's wider
I was wondering why you don't ever use long reach boom excavators looks like on this you could've reach one side to the other it made it prettier and it already is looks great I was just wondering keep up the good work see you on the next job keep on digging
Love the drone footage at the end. Perfect ending to let us see the finished product. Thanks!
I appreciate that you gave us different camera angles. It helps get a sense of how deep your cutting and how much mud you're actually moving. This property owner is making quite a little spread for himself!

You said it brother 👍🏻
Agreed 100%

Such a beautiful fall morning....loved the steamy fog coming up from the mud. Just magical! 😊
I saw the video from Volvo that talks about your family business. Great work ethic and family values. Thanks for sharing what you do.
I'm just like a little kid when I watch you play in the mud. Break the dam! Break the dam! Yeah!!
Always enjoy your videos.
Thanks, and Woof to Winston.
Great video, pond work never seems to stop for you. I think the more work you have the happier you are. Thanks for sharing. Kevin
Is this grandma’s house? The road through the woods, over the hill, across the bridge? That grandma?
Some beautiful land right there overlooking that lake. Sit back and have a cup of coffee, watch the sun come up.
Agreed !!
What a glorious ride ☺️
Enjoyed seeing how professionals get a truck stuck in mud. I will keep practicing. :)
Your videos always show up when I sit down for dinner ( the perfect time) I really enjoy watching you work and I learn quite a bit as well thank you chris you are the best
What a difference from when you started this project.
Looks good.

This turned out to be a fun little project. You got to play with all the toys on this one.
I love the blue gill beds you uncovered, awesome as always.
Glad I wasn’t the only one to see those.
Jay, I noticed those too. I guess were the only fisherman watching. The drone footage showed some on the other side of the pond too. My dad started me eating bluegills before I was one year old. 66 years later and I still love eating them. Good luck fishing Jay !

Every bit is adding to the whole picture of how it will look once the job is done bro. So far it's looking real good.
Love the drone. More drone for the pre/post to see the work. Thanks for the videos.
You do a great video also as well as skilled in your equipment would like to see a drone fly over after the pond is completely full thanks for sharing
You sure love your mud another great job looks good wait till the water fills up and you'll never know you were there.
👍👍😀🍁🎣🐢
Outstanding! Artist at work
Very nice. Probably one of your quickest dredging jobs.
It's like being a child again, playing in mud but with bigger toys lol, great work chris 👍

It's that time of the year when the sun is PMSing. Want to go to bed early, messing with you when it is up. Every other day just hides. Lol God bless
I really enjoyed that video; whenever I watch Chris in action, it reminds me of the old TV advert;- '[man and machine in perfect harmony'
Good thing you did get those mats as wet as that ground is.you would be digging out loader and truck.that is wet.great video 😎😎😎👍👍👍

Good job good machine, skilled operator.
Must be having a sale on ponds in north Carolina .
You most definitely can make a messy job like this look like child’s play Chris and looks brilliant 👍
Looks like you have a lot of power washing ahead of you Chris. 👍👍
you have good truck driver he knows to split his tracks dont fallow your tracks in and out i have done the same job the same jobs from both sides good job brian
I want you to know I was straining with all my might when you were trying to push the truck up the hill that last time.
Lmaoooo me too. Lol
I bet if we had all rushed out there and pushed we could have got it going......lol
Interesting illustration of how video distorts your perception of slopes. I was surprised to see the water flowing as fast as it did, I didn't think there was that much difference in the depth in that direction, from the earlier footage.

Enjoy watching your videos - turning an eye sore into something attractive and useful.
Don’t know much about what you do but a mat landing for that thing to get a start on seems like a good idea
Jeez. It looks like you are working in a real Scooby-Doo swamp with all that fog!.
Great job, great mud, and hella lots of it.
Hay Chris, unless that gentleman is paying you .50 an hour he has spent a fortune on roads. His home and drive ways looks fantastic.
WOW new boards on your mats!!! NICE

I’m glad you clarified that sound. 😝☕️☕️👍🍀
Great job Chris but so much mud again! We should call you the Mudmaster!! Worth every penny you got paid for that Job!!
Not familiar with Volvo haul trucks but any others i have been around when you lock them in all 6 wheels are spinning. Might want to get that checked out.
NICE JOB WELL DONE LIKE ALWAYS.
Mud mud mud everywhere, awesome content Chris as always, thanks for sharing man, 💪💯🇺🇲
Nice fresh and steaming sounds tasty LOL can't keep you out of the mud
Awesome as always !!!
Would the dredging bucket be quicker and neater in the pond or is it just too much for this wet heavy material?
This mud looks like something I saw when I was a kid on my uncles farm in the cow pasture. Just a Lot More of it.
If it was planned ahead of time the borrow pit could have been another pond. The view with the water running backwards around the tracks was good
Mud, Mud, Glorious Mud.
Nothing quite like it for cooling the blood! 🦛🦛🦛🦛
See Chris I told you that you do home renovations. Just fish home renovations. Lol God bless
With all the times the truck gets stuck or sinks in the mud, I am surprised you have not put some Low Ground Pressure Tires on it.
❤️ I love quckies! ❤️ 😁😁
Chris.

Still glad I don't have smell o vision I would be gagging by now. Great video Chris!!! Stay safe!!!
Good job as always Chris.
SWEET! Drifting that dude down the bank. 👍
You must like playing in the mud Chris lol . Great video hope you are having a great week
Looks so much better.
Ya never fail to make a good vid ..again it's looking good around there ..godbless bud
I ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO CHRIS 😊
Super.. What is the area of the pond please....?
Hey Chris is there any pond that you can't make look like paradise another nice job 😎👍👍
How do you refill the pond with water
Chris
I got in hot water because, telling a local contractor he should watch your videos and learn how to clean a pond out correctly .🤔🙁
Feel yah on the comments about the sun ☀️ and that time of year. Gotta keep 3 pairs of different shade glasses depending on where I’m at 🤣
My little Kubota would be floating by now.. Great video
"this is probably not going to go well" ... continues filling truck
Ive watched alot of your videos. Awesomeness
You can't make a mess if it's already a mess when you get there!
I always enjoy the drone views
Need them matt's for that dump truck!
Boy they built that house I remember when you first started stumping it wow
Excellent job Chris
great job as always buddy 😎👊🏻👍🏻
I congratulate you on a very nice work
I love how your uncle just sends it in the 6X off-road dump truck
Yeah, Who cares about excessive tire tracks in the mud when you have the equipment to straighten things out etc etc.
It seems like you need to get mats for the dump truck as well.
Could ya use the big grading bucket in the soft mud to move more faster? Or would it be too heavy?
Think it holds less than the bucket on the 250. Made for his personal 220 and he's said in a previous video that it holds about the same as his 220 bucket even though it's wider
19:10 Oh, well, at least you have something to fill the ruts with...
Love your vids keep it up
Looks like they need to have you do the opposite shore as well.
Next to Rusty Shackleford, you are my favorite drone pilot. :)
Excelente
How great it is.Chris
I'm really surprised no one installs small "silt ponds" ahead of the main lake/pond down there or do they?
I was wondering why you don't ever use long reach boom excavators looks like on this you could've reach one side to the other it made it prettier and it already is looks great I was just wondering keep up the good work see you on the next job keep on digging
What would dredging out a knee deep pond cost? About 1/2 to 3/4 of an acre.
