Blue Lagoon | Vang Vieng Laos | WATCH THIS FIRST 🫢

Vang Vieng is famous for its blue lagoon waters and peaceful but exciting cave systems. The waters are incredible clear especially not in burning Season.
Most backpackers visit Vang Vieng Laos to Blue Lagoon 1, however there are over 6 different blue lagoons that run throughout Vang Vieng. Number 2 is probably our favorite and 3 has an amazing cave view point also that is worth the hike.
But how do you get to these 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6? The best way and safest way is by hiring a buggy and driving because the roads are really bad for first timers using scooters.
Which order should you go in? We were recommended to go in the order 263, however we ended up going in blue lagoon 2, blue lagoon 3 then blue lagoon 6 in the space of 5 hours.
How much does it cost to go around the Blue Lagoons in Vang Vieng? Each lagoon costs around 10,000 kip to 20,000 kip per person, depending on the location.
The blue lagoon in Vang Vieng should be on your travel iternary when traveling Laos and overall you will spend under $10 for the day (not including buggy hire)
