Campus Boarding 101: 4 Exercises to Get Started on a Campus Board

  • Hi, guys! This video is aimed at people that have been climbing for a while. If you haven't, then I would not personally advise campus boarding at all. However, you do you. These 4 exercises are what I feel are the most beneficial to new campus boarders.
    Exercises in order of appearance:
    Dead Hanging
    Pull Ups
    Up-Downs
    Laddering

    Hey man, I really appreciate you doing this series, I've struggled a lot with adding training into my climbing routine. While I still struggle with scheduling training, these videos have given me a solid bounding board. Keep it up!

    Thanks! I've been climbing for a year but only recently started to take seriously developing climbing specific strength other than just climbing. I started hangboard work about 2 months ago, and am starting campus boarding this week. Keen to try some of these exercises.
