- "Crazy for Pasta" by Andrea & Laura stall was located in the West Yard of Camden Lock Market in the "Global Kitchen Street Food" area (adjacent to the Regents Canal). Sadly they are not trading anymore in the market, but the good news is that they now have a shop called: "Crazy for Coffee" in Fulham, where you'll find them serving up their fresh pasta.

Anybody who is wondering what the commotion at 7.30 is? well here I quote one of the video viewer:
"They were joking with 2 italian girls (probably the 2 "complained" on how many italians they've found there, but i'm not sure), so they said "Noooo, beware of the italians they are the worst!" and continued joking about how racist the italians abroad are vs other Italians and than complained on our sh**ty government back home".
"And also said that London is the worst place in the world to find native English people".
They still hand make the pasta while you wait - there is no secret to the recipe & preparation because they make everything in full view of you.

It's really powerful and surprising at 12:15 when the camera pans out and you realize it's gloomy and cold outside. Up until then the conversation, cooking, and charisma demonstrated by these Italians made it feel warm and bright!

its a few seconds if possible. Its not dried so you shouldnt cook it too much or it will be soggy... It doesnt become al dente .. because it isnt dried pasta..

It always amazes me when I go to Italy and I see all these ppl from different countries speaking all different languages and most Americans only speak English. The tall lanky ragazzo is Andalucian from Spain and I heard him speaking Italian, French and English. I have loved Italy since I was a child, the culture, the food, the ppl.
The incentive is to know people better. Its no wonder the US and England is so disconnected from the rest of the world

In European countries it's normal in public school when you're still a little kid you already have to learn English. Seriously there curriculum is crazy compared to western standards my little nefu's Maths homework in public school is the stuff we learn't in grade 11 and 12.
It’s normal, in school here in Italy you can study more languages you want, my daughter can speak English,Italian, spanish, her fav is French,
lol same in tunisia i'm 16 and speak 4 languages : arabic and french which are considered one of the hardest languages and spanish and english and we studied this languages from a really young age and i'm gonna learn italian or german next year i think

I away went to brasil I make pasta. tagliatelle ,away went to brasil I bay market 2 bag tagliatelle , 25 tomato ,salt,pepper power , 8 onion, 20 pice garlic,fresh water,blande hole Igredientes ,make good sauce for pasta tagliatelle , and bay hole big brasilhan cheese. I bay bull meat market and make deliceus meat ball fresh , I do make with 4 big mango fruite salad its so good, tank you very much ,I do have good memories

The cooking time for the pasta is so fast!!! Fresh pasta is the best.
Though it's street food, they are preparing with hygienic and clean dress and overcoat aprons etc. The food also seems hygiene and clean.
In our side they are not wearing clean dress and also no overcoat even though they are preparing delicious. So such concern dept should ask them to wear clean dress while preparing and serving our street foods
