Battle Assault 3 Featuring Gundam SEED was made exclusively for North America. It is basically the first-ever Gundam game to not be released in Japan. Surprisingly ironic considering it was made in Japan, but marketed for the United States.

BTW, if the Ball was painted red and a horn is attached to it, it will become a Char Aznable custom unit and become 3 times more powerful than an ordinary Ball.
I wish this game would get the HD Remaster treatment with online multiplayer that it really deserves..... Oh well, only a woman/man can dream.... But at least you can play it with others using a PS1 emulator like Duckstation and Parsec though. Parsec has really been a godsend for me.
I love everything about this game. The only thing that would have made it a 10/10 was if the Zeta suits from the first game were in it (I know you can hack, but I mean in the game proper). I understand they were focusing on series that were dubbed at the time... but ZZ suits were there???
I play with amuro on hard difficulties is easier but when i play with domon really harder plus Kyoji is annoying final boss always guard and the only weakness using sword the enemy can guard.

Treize created Epyon and Heero / Zechs already appear in another MS in the game, so I thought they decided to give Treize a chance lol. Treize also developed both Tallgeese II and III but only managed to pilot the II, dying against Wufei's Altron (if I'm not mistaken)... Zechs is seen piloting Tallgeese III in Endless Waltz.
THIS is the only Gundam video game that comes to mind when it comes to the perfect Gundam game. Also, with the original English dub cast, hell, yeah. You can't beat this classic. I bought the Gundam Versus game for PS4 and its good don't get me wrong but I don't speak Japanese. Good solid game but NOTHING beats this classic
This game proves the system could’ve put the Saturn to shame in regards to 2D fighters. The PS1 was a competent system for 2D fighting games. Case in point, Street Fighter Alpha 3, the Last Blade, Asuka 120%, Variable Geo, Kakuge Yarou and this one. And what’s a PS1 fighter that’s actually better on that system compared to the Saturn? Come on, I dare ya.
Who said the PS1 was underpowered in the 2D department? This game clearly shows the 2D potential of the system. The Gundam fighting games on the PS1 might give all those Saturn fighters a run for their money too.

His Ez8 is inferior than RX-78-2, so they give him Ball with overpowered cannon instead.
Hektols Remember, Shiro took down an experimental flight-type Zaku in space with just a Ball.
