Has raised the margin for the cutting corners Todd even more (still raising the prices more and more)! Cloth capes are cheaper to produce (no sculpting or molding needed) and the real reason (some) people want the visually inferior (feast for dust, dirt and moths) cloth cape is nostalgia. Sculptures (even indoor sculptures) in real life are made by artists, for million of years, of one material only (stone. wood, metal,...). So no soft goods on the cloth parts for the only reason that matters: Art!
I have to give props where props are due...McFarlane did a nice job with this 2-pack. The wired cloth capes are excellent (Marvel Legends team, are you paying attention?) and the overall sculpts and paint look pretty good as well. Kudos to Todd and team.
I did pre order the Batman / Bane 2-pack. The Blue & Grey Bats is the best. It’s close enough to Aparo art, seldom does Toddy Mac figs give us the accurate looks from the comics. I like how Batman can be bent over Bane’s knee but when the hell will his figures ever be able to have a useable ab crunch ?? Bending forward is a basic & needed motion to the human body!
I pre-ordered the bane/batman 2 pack. Gonna paint the black shadow on the mask like I did with Captain America. I think that's going to make him look a lot better.
Im good with the bane megafig and that tim drake fig with the wired cape and multiple hands is way better than 90% of marvel legends now . Todd listens to collecters

Dc multiverse give you a figure with some new tooling,overlays,5 pairs of hands, a stand,cloth goods cape,wired and double stitched for 22.99 and the price is not justified due to LACK of accessories??!! I can honestly say that we as collectors have become increasingly fickle and nitpicky in the past decade 😂😂 Keep up the good content broham

Yeah, they did a lot more than I was expecting with this set.
You could tell todd is rushing and missing details with his stuff. These robin figures give me bret hart vibes. They just can't nail it
