But for doing phD at icar, I have to qualify icar phD entrance, that means for phD there is no use of qualifying icar net??? and they are giving stipend of only around 9000 with a contingency of 6000 per year. But u told that they provide atleast 25000 stipend to phD students. I am really confused, please help me out
