Oh yes indeed... I agree with making the most of the space you have. I think the improvising you and your husband did turned out to be a great closet space. I remember before moving into our current home, I made double use of our laundry room as a walk-in closet of sorts because I was able to at least fit a dresser and shoe rack in there and a clothing rack. I used the built-in utility shelf in there to store some accessories as well and just had a rug on the floor. Everything else I had was stored in the crawl-space or in the master bedroom closet, which was NOT a walk-in closet. Otherwise, I've seen people on TH-cam and Instagram use a public storage unit as a walk-in closet as well if they weren't able to store everything in their residence or had no walk-in closet but wanted one.

It's always amazing to see how creative people get with making the most of their space! I love taking a peak at people's closets, those are one of my fave videos on TH-cam, it gives me lots of ideas for storage and layout of my accessories too. Thank you for watching, always!

I too would do the “Slip” idea, and share with my friends, only to get looked at like I have two heads🙄….so it was nice to hear you suggest it!👍🏽
