Xiao is 100% a glitch out the map speed runner who has been playing the same kind of games for so long that he can basically play without looking or with his feet or something. And as a result of his skill he gives off that frustrated energy all the time because he thinks his run isn’t perfect enough, but then he fucks up and is just like “two take time.” And when he is doing a successful run he’s destroyed the game’s logic so much you definitely can’t tell what’s even happening until he’s suddenly at the final boss model t-posing.

And Yanfei would be artist and musicians cause her stream would be practicing for her rap career if she ever decides to quit law.
Personally I feel like Sucrose would be a VTuber who started streaming to get over her shyness, like Veibae from VShojo did.
And she would probably be Genshin's version of Sukoya Kana, like she'd stream science explanations to help students study for their finals.

I'm thinking Xiangling, Chongyun, Xingqiu, and Hu Tao could stream D&D together. Not sure who the main DM would be, but Hu Tao would definitely DM Curse of Strahd for Halloween every year.
They collab with Fichsl, Bennett and Razor bc Fichsl acts like she lives and breathes dnd, she would be like "I am the great dm, here, have this 300 page essay of the universe I have created for this particular campaign."
And then her dm npc will be a princess who shows everyone around the world.
Xiangling, Chongyun, Xingqiu and Hutao would be like, the main group, but then Lumine and Aether would come in to DM occasionally, and like another reply said, the twins would probably get Fishil, Rasor and Bennet into the group too- Maybe even dragging Ayaka occasionally
Xingqiu and Chongqyun would probably switch between dming, and probably both plan like, month shots rather than oneshots
But then Fishil would come in and be that DM who has three years of things planned lmao- But she can't always come in because adventures guild, so she can't always be there
Ayaka would also be a super occasional member, while the twins just randomly vanish for a week when they find a new area to explore, with no explanation when they come back besides "I had things to do and places to see."

Honestly, I think you nailed Diluc pretty well with placing him as a Vtuber.
If he was a streamer I'm sure he'd be multiple peoples comfort streamer. He's super calm and collected, while still knowing how to handle violence efficiently.
I could see him just going on about strategies and such in open world games, but in a really calm demeanor and just being super chill with the chat.
tbh I would love to watch Aether and Lumine play games together, like separately they play completely different games but I feel like they'd be really cute and like play chill multiplayer games (or against each other in either like games where you're on opposite sides or have like chill games where they compete who can do something faster - like who can make more money in a month or who can get married first in stardew valley)

I think Kokomi would be a hype streamer mostly because she’d be playing one of those strategy games and coordinate frontal warfare while her chat blows up when she takes over enemy territories. I can also imagine that she’d mumble out her strategies while she’s forming them and the chat would give suggestions from time to time
Hu tao would def be a cozy/hype gamer. Maybe not too hype, but she would be very funny and make jokes a lot. I can see her playing idle tycoons and other money-making games.

damn koomax, this is definteley the most accurate tier list for me. Diluc being a vtuber never been so true, his darknight hero persona will have a serious chuunibyou vibe and the fans love to tease about it. this make me really hope genshin vtuber group is a real thing
I got some headcannons for this. Venti is one of those channels that reacts to videos but does Drinking games while watching, and he takes a chug instead of a shot. I think Xiao would be a speedrunner as well but specializes in metroidavnias like Hollow Knight or Celeste
I could be bias, but I can see Aether being a well known cozy gamer that did role play or stories as he play along. Hc the twins sometimes be on each other streams a lot by accident, like lumine streaming animal crossing and then aether get in her room and they have shenanigans
