About Josef Newgarden:
Josef Newgarden (born December 22, 1990) is an American race car driver who was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee.
He found a passion for racing at a very early age which immediately led to go kart racing prior to his pursuit of a professional motorsports career. He is the only American to win the prestigious Formula Ford Festival in England, a well-known proving ground for up and coming European drivers. After a foray into Europe he returned to the United States to compete in the Indy Lights Series, securing the championship in his one and only season. In 2012, he secured a multi-year contract to compete professionally in the NTT IndyCar Series, a rare offer for a rookie driver.
He is the 2017 and 2019 NTT Indycar Series Champion and drives the No. 1 Dallara Chevrolet for the legendary Team Penske.

Only kidding Will, being an Aussie myself you are one of my faves along with all of Team Penske. BTW Josef, with Will and Scotty (who is basically an Aussie, even though he comes from Aotearoa" you ARE an honorary Aussie and we'd love to see you and Scotty team up for a Bathurst run either in the Bathurst 1000 or the 12hr. Actually the three of you could team up for the 12hr. I am sure Roger will be able to provide a car for you.

I loved the race though wish it could have finished under Green I think Josef would have pulled it out. Where are all the fans Texas seems awesome year after year who promotes this race down there. As a European F1 fan I was gutted for Grosjean, but I’m impressed with Scott’s humility. Few drivers are willing to admit mistakes. And anyway, this is motor racing not tiddlywinks, we want to see people racing each other.

Nope. Grosjean could have lifted and tried again later in the lap since he didn’t have the preferred line
@@michaelbragg6903 Nope. That was his only shot and the only reason he pitted one lap earlier than Mclaughlin. First, to have the fresher tires advantage right after the pit; second, because he couldnt pass during the stint. Third, preferred line my ass, the inside line car must give space to the guy outside, Mclaughlin didn't do that.

Scott never should've had to apologize to Grosjean, it was Grosjean wide and coming from behind, typical Grosjean, Davey Hamilton on radio immediately apportioned McLaughlin blame, yeah sure right Davey!!!!
Hyped up blame forced Scott to apologize although he had full on track position, irrespective of his tire situation....I'm sure Romain knew he'd pushed it for that corner, so there was no further hissy fits from him either, pity they didn't go 1-2 because they were dominating and eventually Ericsson stole the major points again....Well done Mrs Power, they're idiots!
