My wife and I are from NY and met Brandon about 2 years ago. Brandon showed us a plethora of homes in our 2 days together. Would love to know your opinions now that you've been there a while. I am from NY (lower hudson valley) and my husband and I are considering a move to Irmo/Chapin area.
@@Jesuisfatiguee From day one the wife and I loved it, the children on the other hand took about a year to get used to the schools and area. We left Long Island due to the taxes and do I say "Politics". So sell your snow blower and make the move. Call Brandon he is the absolute best!

Irmo, where people don't even turn off their high beams during the daytime and talk and text while driving.

@@brandongaronteam hate to tell you but I actually travel further than Myrtle Beach and it's far worse here than elsewhere in the country.
The reason why they drive with their high beams on is to see Jesus.

@@brandongaronteam they outlawed talking on phones and having aux light on cars, two things this state is to dumb to do. How can you even question California(which is a SH******) when you live in a state that has the most idiotic truck style named after the state and allow people to drive with ebay retina frying lights.

Looks very peaceful than the busy Charleston area. I love the Columbia area. I want to move there. Its not as busy and seems more peaceful than here in Charleston.
