Are you confused or you just don't understand western rules, this is called a *public space,* in such a space you have chosen to expose yourself in public areas. Where everyone can see you. Therefore there are NO rules against filming people who are moving around in public spaces. Don't like it? Buy your own house with property/garden and forbid people from filming you there, and never walk in public without masking your face. GTFO here with all that eastern weird customs and thinking you have, you think you can decide what others film in public?
