Hi, this is wrong way to make Chinese Style stirfry tomato with eggs. the right way is: 1. stir fry eggs first and then take the eggs out , 2. stir fry chopped tomato with salt, sugar, onion powder, chicken power 3. add the stir fried eggs in 4. frills some chopped green onion if you do have. 5. done
Wipe your wok/pan dry with a paper napkin before adding oil. This will prevent oil splatter during heating up since any residual water has been got rid off prior to cooking.
