Most of these remind me so much of the "made for TV products" that used to trick us into ordering. They never worked like they were supposed to! I remember ordering what was probably the first liquid lipstick. It had a spray paint consistency, and it continued to "dry" as you wore it. My lips ended up all wrinkled and the product flaked off. Of course, I wore it for the first time to church..... bad decision!😬
@@Sorceressofstars The sad thing is I bet you paid a lot of money for something that didn't work!! I remember when those started showing up. Now you can get them from a lot of stores and they work!!
Can vouch for the elephant spout 100%!!! Saw it here, bought it, and gave it to a friend last year who was expecting. She loved how gentle it was when she was bathing her daughter as an infant and made for a more familar experience when baths transitioned to the tub this year. And the baby is now starting to use it (read "play with it" 😄) in the tub! Brilliant suggestion, Rach! Thank you so much!! 💖
Gotta love multifunctional products that are practical and fun 👏 My favorite part is how kids learn independence and have such a good time doing it! That is also SO cute that your friend’s daughter was not as nervous about switching to the tub because she had her elephant 😊
Last fall our God daughter got the flying orb ball for her birthday. Hers immediately flew off into the sky, over the house and was gone forever. My husband LOVED IT though and he requested it for a Christmas present for himself. I bought it for him and on his second use of it, it flew under the furniture and into a big dust bunny (don't judge me) and got hair wound around it and it has never flown the same. Obviously our family is not meant for that toy. 😂
The rotating projector light is much brighter in a fully dark room so it makes for a great nightlight. There are also multiple companies that make them, which is a good thing if you want a bunch of different options, but the drawback is some are made so cheaply that it's not worth it. If you're willing to spend 30 to 40 dollars for quality; you can get some that also play music.
I bought the hot chocolate machine and it's a hit with the kids. I brought it on our Thanksgiving trip and I've filled it at least 5 different times. The good things about it are the amount you can make, the spout, and the fact that it doesn't really get too hot for kids to drink. The sound is dampened when you fill it more. The bad things are the sound and the fact that the max fill line leads to overflow, I only fill it to 3 cups. It's a fun party novelty but like you, I'll use my heavy duty frother otherwise.
You can froth hot chocolate in your blendtec blender they shared a recipe for it years ago it was delicious and the leftover turned into a mousse texture in the fridge lol
Yeah, my son has had similar ones ever since he was born. And we've always used the lid over the designs, since I assumed it was so you can still have the light designs, but just on the lid. So I definitely recommend them too. They normally only last a year or 2, but they're cheap enough, and my son loves picking out a new one.
I've bought three of that exact star projector and it works best in smaller rooms with lower ceilings and when it's much darker. It's amazing for its price point. It's a great nightlight.
One of the Christmas gifts I got for some family members was the mint frog soap from frolic creations from one of your recent videos. Love the videos. Thanks Rachel!
Those light-up glasses are given out at a club by my house. You pay for a premium cocktail and get to keep the cup. Then you just take it back to the bar and they'll pour your regular cocktails in it. I have like a stack of 5 lol

Drone Balls are great even for 3-5 yo set. Better is the "Force 1 Scoot Duo" saucers. You get 2 in a pack, it auto-levels and is more stable than the drone ball. You 'gesture' near it to move it rather than grab it. Much safer for little fingers because you don't grab it.
I had a candy claw machine one time for Christmas! It was so fun! But I also remember it was loud, mine had a lil guard around the hole though so things didn't just fall in like yours, I love the plushy alternative though!

I know messy stuff is scary but please don't limit your kid and his joy in creating art because it inconveniences you. Set up a station with newspaper or since he has such talent and such a want to continue to play with it you should/could set up a room that is easy to clean or is his "art studio" - giving him a place where it is okay to be messy and see what happens if he tries different things - even throwing paint on a canvas - it's a great stress relief and there have been plenty of famous abstract artists, some who literally threw the paint against the canvas - the best part is this will give him an outlet to express any frustration or anger or any emotion really. If you have a shed or semi finished area in your basement these would work best or you could take out carpet etc of a spare room. Or another really great idea would be to set him up with newspaper at the kitchen counter - the surface is easy to wipe down and is less likely to stain than other surfaces - if you have a wooden table I would avoid that but if you have a modern glass top table or another hard surface which would be easy to clean again throw some newspaper down and away you go. But this is really just if it's a small hobby that he wants to do here and there but also will work if there isn't a space you can use as his "art studio". When there is something that will nurture your child but it will inconvenience you please don't just say no - stop and see how you could make it possible because 99% of the time it isn't that big of a deal you just need to be creative or okay with a little mess. Life is meant to be messy and we are meant to get our hands dirty and explore please don't limit your kids experience and knowledge because it will inconvenience you - because frankly the thing that will inconvenience you the most is if you push your kid away or you hold him back or cause him to internalize everything - your kids mental health relies on you being able to put what is convenient for you aside and nurturing them no matter what that means. Nurturing his passions is SO important - that is where he finds himself and how to express himself fully. ❤❤ I know you have many kids and a busy lifestyle but I also know that slowing down and making space and time for your kids and what they want to do so they can explore, play, learn etc is way more important than doing a million things and having a spotless home etc or in my opinion anything else (of course besides providing them with what they need to survive but our mental health is just as important as our physical health).
I had one of those hot chocolate machines a decade ago. It worked with cider and a few other drinks, as well. The plastic is safe. It is the same type used for baby bottles... And the one I had wasn't quiet but it wasn't that loud. I do know if you have more liquid... it is quieter. The beauty of it was that you could make a drink and drink off of it for hours which was great when I was in college. Personally, I would not buy it... it was a dirty santa gift.
I don't think the heating plastic of the hot cocoa machine would be a problem. I use a teamaker that is plastic and has a plastic pitcher very similar to that one and it gets the water super hot. I can't speak to the sound though, that would just bother someone or not depending on the person lol
Waffle stitch absolutely EATS yarn! It's a bit harder as a beginner but not impossible (I did it 6 months into learning and it worked, with podcast on not video, needs more concentration!! 😅)
LOVED Christopher's "that's something you only do once" LMAO that was my dad's mindset as well lol
Looks like you were only supposed to put a few toys in the claw machine so they didn't spill out and there was room for the claw to work.
Yeah or some smalller candies likes tootsie rolls or jolly ranchers maybe it would work with?

Also have the elephant sprayer, I liked the spray part but I wish it had a suction cup on the bottom Because for me it just kept falling over.
we have survived many years with plastic love my Tupperware would be nice to see you try brands of jeans i’m having trouble finding some as sweats look frumpy on me another fun video
Yay a great morning indeed
The hot chocolate thing was it any quieter when it was more full?
Do I constantly ask myself ridiculous questions to fill the dead space and seem more interesting? Yes, yes I do. Will I continue to do it? Also, yes. 😂
Honestly I prefer plain ice without people handling it too much prior to serving it so the ice design is a no for me.
We have a hover ball!! Our kiddo and my husband love it!!! I however am terrified that it will get stuck in my hair.
I am not sure who wants decoration on their ice? Is it visible in a drink? Seems like it would immediately melt off the picture since it’s not carved deep? The second you pour anything on it it’s gone?
The trick to the ice syamper is to use a torch lighter to heat up the design first.
Chris with the ball is giving coolest kid in detention vibes 😂
I have definitely used my nespresso frother for hot chocolate
Yay! I was waiting for your video. Can't wait to watch it! ❤
My parents have had a hot chocolate maker for YEARS!! They also get cappuccino mix!!
My FIL bought a galaxy lamp similar to the one you tried, it wprked beautifully, it really projected on the ceiling
I don't think the heating plastic of the hot cocoa machine would be a problem. I use a teamaker that is plastic and has a plastic pitcher very similar to that one and it gets the water super hot. I can't speak to the sound though, that would just bother someone or not depending on the person lol
omg the most important question! where did u get your gold hoop earrings?? they're stunning!! ah
Waffle stitch absolutely EATS yarn! It's a bit harder as a beginner but not impossible (I did it 6 months into learning and it worked, with podcast on not video, needs more concentration!! 😅)
