This is my favorite game for the Wii, 2nd favorite crossover Game, and The 1st Sonic Game I played. Needless to say, I think its the best out of all the games.

The 'Mario & Sonic Olympics' series are certainly a wacky bunch of games, but I will admit I had a lot of fun with them, especially with family and friends.
The 2008 Beijing one is my least favourite (both Console & Handheld); it felt WAY too bare-bones for my tastes and it got pretty repetitive really quickly for me.
My favourite is without a doubt the Vancouver 2010 one (again both Console & Handheld, especially the latter); I loved the Dream Events, the Multiplayer-exclusive modes were legitimately great and the Handheld's Story Mode was overall pretty enjoyable.
The London 2012 one felt like a Mixed Bag to me (I've only played the Console version); while the Main Events were again quite fun (though not as fun as the ones in Vancouver 2010 imo) and the remixed tracks for the Dream Events are bloody amazing (plz listen 2 the remixed versions of Grand Metropolis & Windy Valley if you haven't already), the Multiplayer-exclusive modes were pretty lame and I quickly soon got bored of them.
I have no experience with any of the later M&S Olympics titles, and I'm not really compelled to try any of them out. However, I would love for Nintendo & SEGA to make a proper Mario x Sonic game, preferably an RPG or a Kart Racer in the future!
Or maybe another Mario & Sonic Olympic Games that will take place at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Devin Giles I'm honestly not sure if they'll make another M&S Olympic game due to the abysmal sales of the latest one; apparently M&S Rio 2016 sold so poorly that it has became a Rare Collectors Item!

Callum Sparrow handheld versions of London and Rio are pathetic. You can only use a specific set of characters with no way to unlock the rest

How do I get a gold medal in Moguls? The turns come in too fast and I can't make perfect jumps that trigger an advanced trick command.
