NEW* The Ultimate Ark Chitin Farm & Organic Polymer Farm 2023

Fenrir has outdone himself again as the top harvester of the chitin and organic polyer in this auto farm me made but I know fenrir is not very accessible in game so I do want to quickly mention for any beginners that any carnivore that fits in the auto farm design you make will also harvest these materials just at different rates potentially. Over all though this ark chitin farm and organic polymer farm will get you all the chitin and organic polymer you could need while playing around on ark. It was too effective. i accidentally forgotten about it and i was wondering why i was lagging soo much. ended up having a whole cage overstuffed with mantis. My game was constantly at 3 fps while i spent 30 minutes tyring to find out what was lagging my game

I’m having trouble everytime I kill the the mantis they go underground and I can’t farm them and I don’t have fenrir

hey guys, is this farm still viable? i tryd this farm on my server but my direwolf got nothing from killing mantis babys. anyone know a solution for my problem?

He's not using a dire wolf. He is using Fenrir. It's the new rewarded tame from beating Fjordur Main boss.

I didn't have a fenrir so I ended up putting another high level mantis with a sword in its hand and got tons of poly but you have to manually kill them.

you have to have the pvp box checked if you want the farm to work correctly

well if your playing single player it's still pve settings, the pvp only matters when your playing with other people. For example all I play is pve but the pvp checkbox allows me to breed and kill dinos efficiently, everything else is still a pve world if that makes sense

@@arkblowoutgaming im guessing what you mean is you have the server set as pvp but you dont engage in pvp with other players. I play on an unofficial server that is pvp but sadly this doesn't work because moschops won't attack unclaimed dinos

moschops is a herbivore I believe, the harvesting should work with a carnivore
