Try 545 Loctite on your pipe fittings on hydraulic systems. It's designed for that purpose and I've had really good luck using it.
That one ingenious repair on that pipe.

Been watching for going on 2 years now love this channel. Came across the electric tape on the thumb the last 2 posts. I am 58 years old and that right there cracked me up. Thought I was the only one that uses that when hurt.
I used the 3M on body panels on school bus. The panels were assembled from factory with this stuff. Had to chisel the panels apart. Good stuff.

Andy, we always use the pipe thread paste then wrap that with teflon tape and then pipe thread paste again on top of the Teflon tape. Best solution I've ever found for sealing threaded pipe.

3m panel bond is amazing and has a million uses
New freight shaker looks nice. We run those plastic fenders too although ours came with round pipe type mounts. I think yours look a bit nicer and probably a bit better. Only thing I don't like with those fenders is stones stuck in the duals tend to come out and break holes in them. That might just be a user error on our guys part, bunch of steering wheel holders
Sarah and Alex need to smile more, they are smart and pretty..not to mention probably the hardest working ladies in NY>

Fenders will be nice to keep the back of the cab cleaner but looks funny with the way they sit with the mud flaps looking good

I use there panel bonding adhesive fairly often too, I even used it on my iwatch when it came apart, dries kind of slow though
The sand in the liquid manure is sure abrasive on your equipment
Are you going to put a sand reclaiming system in with the new buildings? I was wondering how much of a cost of one is and if there is a large enough of a cost savings not hauling out sand and buying new sand. Great video.
Andy, have you tried Loctite 545 Pneumatic/Hydraulic Pipe Thread Sealant? I have with pretty good results.

If you start Teflon tape 2 threads back from the end of male fitting, you should be just fine

Teflon tape isn"t mean"t to be used on petroleum carrying fittings. Use pipe dope, that has a little brush.
I’ve actually had better luck with the tape than the brush on stuff
