I did this using the plastic sleeves with my long distance granddaughter and she loved it. As I would be out shopping, I would look for small trinkets and scrapbook supplies to put into the pockets. I love this idea of using the paper though. I might do this for my girlfriends for a jewelry-making party that I am planning. Great idea! Love the glue dot idea...and btw....get some cheap cheese cloth for grabbing the excess gold dust....works like a charm. #pocket letter
NOW I'm interested in pocket letters Sam! LOVIN' this project but J'ADORE the 'Petal Promanade' designer series papers from Stampin' Up! I want Egyptian cotton bed-linen, cushion covers, scarves and silky underwear in it! Lol! I have some marble ware just like the reverse sides of the pack in the SAME colour - cheese board/ pestal & mortar and some very elegant marble-handled patisserie forks and and a cheese knife . One of the sheets is the exact same colour combo as our wedding flowers! Can't get enough of it! Tfs - xOx ~ C ~
