5 days is an amazing pace for the Wonderland! I’ve applied for several years with no permit. I like your idea. Late September into October May be the key! Love your style… thx for the videos and inspiration.
Gorgeous video. Have never seen a video of someone do the Wonderland in the fall. Looked like great weather the whole time. I will be doing it next September!
Nice. I'm thinking of doing this hike later on this year, but the timing works out for a mid June attempt. Expect a bit more snow and rain, but I think that it will still be cool either way.

Enjoy! Yes I think fall is a great time for it, as long as the weather cooperates

Yeah mid June could still be some snow on the trail depending on the winter. But have an awesome hike!
Very cool trip!
Great video! I'm shooting for 2024.
Nice, enjoy!
A neat video. All with just your phone? You should move west rather than Nashville. Enjoyed it, thanks for sharing! 😀👍
Thanks! I actually brought my camera along for this hike (an Olympus EM5 III) and filmed with that.
Big days. Good job. How were the bridge crossings and panhandle gap? We did it in early July and it was crazy (and dangerous) !
Was smooth sailing! Yes I imagine it would’ve been rough early summer this year
Beautiful video!
I’m having trouble reaching into the side pockets of my Zerk 40 for a water bottle any tips? Debating adding a zpacks holster to the chest
Hmm that’s a bummer. I can reach mine pretty easily, not sure what’s up with that
NICE MELLY!
I'll hike it one day... I'm over 45 hours away so.... kinda tricky hahaha but someday I'll do it.
Haha it’s worth the trip :)
What days in October were you out there? I hit it Oct. 7th-11th. Wonder if we intersected at all :D
Oh no way haha! I was out there the 8th-12th, were you clockwise?
@@MikeWindsor I went counter clockwise. Think my campsites were maple creek, white river, dick Creek, and golden lakes.
Nice. Well I must’ve run into you at some point!
