u should remember that its all estimated numbers,and remember ther are different CPM rates in different countries,so social blade can never come with the exact numbers,but at least they just give u an idea of how much u or others are making.not a bad idea dont u think guys?

Depends on 2 things. Where are your viewers from? Outside the USA YT only pays a fraction of this for 1000 views. Also depends on which category is your content...so its not this simple.
does this mean that most of the time the higher end of the predicted earnings is gonna be closer to the actual earnings? because atm i’m predicted between £88-1.4k but i’m not monitized yet

I’m curious how can you tell if subscriber growth is paid or legitimate?
A channel I see is Samuel Leeds, he has big subscriber numbers 197,000 but daily view numbers don’t correlate, maybe 2%, comments are full of bots commenting.

It's not an average. You don't average the low end against the high end. It's a range from lowest to highest affected by niche and geographical location.

i have 40 k views per month and i get 0.35 $ in month, because more than half on my video have yellow dollar, 0.005 $ per day

why do you think this is though? im assuming its likely because your audience is high income or just not 12 year olds like many other channels and hence why you probably get a much higher cpm and lie on the high end of the estimates. Maybe you demographic data might help with reasoning
