The RH functions just like a recorder with German fingering (so lifting the fingers one by one yields C-D-E-F-G), in the LH the pinky and thumb are integrated into the scale. If you lift the LH fingers one by one, you get G-A-Bb-C-D-F. All the other notes are cross-fingered. And the thing overblows at the 12th, just like a clarinet.
Sounds about as real to me as the midi file backing it up. This does not sound like the tone this small pipe of plastic material would make. An acapella version would be nice for comparison.

how much training does it take to reach this pls
As any instruments it takes a long time you can’t just pick one up and expect to master it
