Are Handicaps ACTUALLY Accurate??

We all know that feeling of having poor starts to your orund of golf. It can completely derail your focus and drive and ruin the amount of fun you have on the course. I did not start this round off very well but keeping the proper mindset allowed me to recover and have fun!
