Just figured out the Antique Mall i went to out that Western Md area. It was Memory Lane. Looks like the person that owned it had died recently. Not sure how. He seems to young to have been the owner when i went 8 yrs ago. Seems its now closed. The Flocked Cat IS Everything !!!
