I 100 agree with your conclusion. The performante would be perfect with the Urus S suspension. For this reason Im going with an S because the roads here in Houston are worse than a war zone

They raced the standard Urus and the Performante on CarWow, and both went across the finish line at virtually the same time. Not worth the upgrade except for esthetics.. It was quite a sad performance.
Cars are not about straight line speed, so even if they do cross at the same time, I am sure the Performante has better Lap Times for example (Which cars are also not about Lap Times, they are all about fun.)
OK OK OK.... I have had both and the new one is much faster... I have seen the car wow video and did you miss the big discussion that they thought it had a problem because it was new with only 60 miles on.. turns out you do not get all the 720bhp until it clocks 1200 miles... and yes not 666 it's 720bhp.. watch the video on car wow that came later. You must be better informed pal
Or just buy a cayenne turbo gt which in real world situations it’s faster more dynamic & not as chavvy ohh the main one it’s now less than half price of the performante too …. No brainer
I don’t know why people don’t understand a person buying a Lamborghini and Porsche are looking for different things. One wants the exotic look one wants the performance
@@davida7713 The market of people who buy this car aren't thinking about price or an alternative that's relatively close to this. This car is solely in the market for people who CAN afford this. When you have the money to afford cars like this, you buy them because you want them and like them. Because why not?

Urus looks better than the turbo gt though. Sometimes it's more than just performance.
